Briana at 801 LasCo was wonderful to work with! She was welcoming, professional, and very attentive from the moment I arrived. Briana took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and her positive energy truly stands out. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Briana if you’re visiting 801 LasCo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve had a great experience living at 801 Lasco Apartments. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community feels safe and peaceful, which makes it easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend 801 Lasco to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!
They will not give me my refund from my deposit back. Spoke to someone named Briana in their office and she said they would email me but have yet to do so. I find that very unprofessional and you should be aware when signing a lease with them because you will not see your deposit back, even when you are owed one
Whatever you do, don’t stay here.
Lived here twice. The first time back in 2021. Staffing was amazing at the time. Ryan and his staff were amazing; he would always have answers to residence questions and concerns. In 2024, I moved back to 801 LasCo. Jordan and Jo Anna were amazing ladies and always nice and always made me feel welcomed. Hold on, there’s more. After March, there was new staffing in the leasing office. Kaitlyn and Brianna were amazing employees; they always had amazing community events, good food, and a good time. Ashley, I’m not a fan of; she’s just a door greeter. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails on time. Now, the bosses and manager don’t take accountability for their actions. So be careful giving them checks and money orders. Let’s not forget, don’t bother asking for the regional manager’s email because she’s not going to respond or answer your questions and concerns.
Celeste and Gage always have their door closed when it’s about business and don’t even have the courtesy to let people know that people are on lunch because you see right through the glass and the door is locked. But not so much of Gage. But Celeste, she thinks she can talk to her residence any kind of way; she’s always sitting in the office with half of her clothes on. I’ve never seen her at any event at the complex. She never gets to work on time. She let go of the sweet old man that was the groundskeeper and the housekeeping that always cleaned the apartment complex. Now that she’s done, they’re gone. The hallway smells like trash
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for anyone considering living here.
After I moved out, I had a move-out balance that I repeatedly tried to pay while the leasing office’s system was down. I was specifically told the balance would not be sent to collections because the payment delay was caused by their system issue. Despite that, it was still sent to collections anyway.
For context, I pay my bills on time every time. I take my credit seriously and work hard to maintain it, so having my credit potentially impacted because of an issue caused by the property, and then not even receiving a clear apology or urgency in correcting it, has been extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable.
The office acknowledged that the system outage impacted multiple accounts and allowed me to pay the balance directly, but at this point unnecessary stress and valid credit concerns have already been created.
During the time I lived here, the fire alarms also went off in the middle of the night on false alarms several times, about five times within a 12-month period. Being repeatedly woken up overnight for non-emergencies was very disruptive as a resident.
On top of that, interactions with staff often felt rude or dismissive when trying to resolve issues, which only made the experience more frustrating.
