  I moved in Nov 2025 and I have nothing bad to say about the property and the staff. Veronica the office manager is always a pleasure and is very prompt in responding to you and very helpful. I can see my self staying here for a very long time! It’s quite very affordable to live and all the neighbors look out for each other. When things need fixed they come right away. Don’t let the age of the complex steer you away I’m truly happy here. It’s safe to live here. Lease here you won’t regret it!

  12-15-25 Monday RE: Valley Creek Apartments, New Review: 12-15-25 Monday I had to speak to Veronica Cortez, Asst. Manager today and she was very understanding about my situation. I like how Luis responded to me as well. They both are very nice and want me to be happy in my new apartment. They both listened to my concerns, Luis pointed out that he will take care of the items I was concerned about, and Veronica made sure to remind about other items. The key to great customer service is just what I experienced today! 1. They listened to me. (Listening) 2. I was treated with appreciation and respect. 3. They did not treat me as if I was a problem. 4. Veronica documented my concerns to make sure she remembered why I was in the office. 5. Veronica showed and expressed empathy. 6. They treated me in a welcome kind of way to show: "We want you here, and we want you to be treated well!" This is the kind of customer service I want all the time.   Love our new maintenance Luis he gets things done n a timely manner and the manager Veronica is so awesome. She takes the time to listen and gets things done. We have an awesome pool and beautiful landscaping. Love my little community

  I've been living here a bit and let me tell you we finally have an awesome staff with Veronica and Luis. Our little property is quiet & a joy to look at.
