They drafted another month’s rent (nearly $600) on December 1 due to a clerical error in their part (failing to stop the draft). It’s now January 16th and despite numerous calls and assurances the check was on its way, we were told this week to email accounting. It’s been a week with no response from them. You can’t get through to corporate office either. No receptionist. No voicemail.

Inspections. Lack of communication. Edit: I wanted to come back and say that the front desk people are really good at what they do. They’re all super sweet and understanding.

An unlawful eviction notice, an assault with a deadly weapon on the property because they never close the gates, and an employee that blamed their own noise complaint on my unit. I asked to be let out out of my lease because of the constant short falls on management part, it took almost a month for them to get in contact with me, just for them to tell me they don’t care and they’re sending me to collections. Not good people you’re just a number to them. I am so glad that I’m finally moving out. Also, half of these good reviews are not realistic because the employees ask their friends to do it
