  Yesterday we signed at the Villas and our experience with staff was amazing!! Lily was our tour guide and she was super helpful when asking questions and helped tremendously with the process of signing a lease. 10/10 experience, if you are looking for a great place to live, this is the one!!

  I called the villas for a leak in my ceiling and I got transferred to what I think was emergency maintenance, they took my name unit and room number and immediately hung up. I waited for an hour before I called back and the man who answered wasn’t even told I had called the first time. He came out right away and fixed it. I don’t know who answered my first call but it was not handled well, the second one however was very kind and fixed everything immediately, I regrettably didn’t get his name.

  This is my first apartment in Huntsville, and it will absolutely be the one I stay with until I graduate. I have had nothing but good experiences since moving in. The room size, bathrooms, closet, and kitchen are amazing value for the rent price. Especially since everything is like newer. The kitchen appliances are all well maintained and new and look nice (I have a weird thing against black/white appliances so I’m happy these are stainless steel lol.) The furniture that comes with the apartment is decent quality and all looked new or barely used, and the one chair that was broken when I moved in was replaced like the day after I moved in. There is plenty of parking, which is very nice especially when I work late. Service from the desk has been very good. There have been a few times that I have had to send a follow up email because I didn’t get a reply, but I was always messaged back almost immediately after that and with a helpful response. I order wayyyyy too many Amazon packages, and have NEVER had a problem picking them up or them getting lost, and the front desk people are always so nice. Maintenance is out of this world amazing. Every time I put in a request I get a response within the day and usually the issue is fixed the same day unless they need to do extra steps for it. Like when I moved in, the couch was torn up and looked horrible, but they came like a day after I put in the request and refurbished it and made it look brand new. Same situation for every other problem I’ve had. The problems I have had are also not results of poor maintenance, just things that go out sometimes or flukes. We had a problem with our washer and they were here within the hour I submitted the request. I also have a dog in my unit, and it had been a good experience. There are little poop trash cans around the complex which makes it easy to throw away his poop bags, and no matter how late at night I have walked my dog, I have never felt unsafe at all. Very well lit/maintained complex. They also have community events like once a month (?) I unfortunately have only been able to attend one, but the one I went to was absolutely so much fun. The leasing manager who ran the one I went to absolutely has the best energy and like made it so much more lively. I hope to go to the next events because they are fun and I got to meet other people in the complex. I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting, but that’s the gist. It is run by people, so there will always be things to improve, but I have been extremely pleased so far.
