I was suppose to move in November 7, 2025. The leasing agents are very biased. They tried to stop me from day one on renting the apartment because the base rent was $1035. I guess if you’re not a certain complexion they feel you need to pay the most the market price on rent offers. I did the application towards the end of September got approved but didn’t receive my offer letter until the last week of October. They had so many charges and fees that they made up that I said I wasn’t going to pay for something that’s not in the lease. I have outstanding credit so they couldn’t put an approval with conditions fee on there. So what they did was say since they didn’t hear back from my current landlord they were going to charge me a $260 fee. I went and spoke to my landlord she said she didn’t receive anything from them so she gave me a ledger print out to give to them stating I was never behind on rent and I don’t owe any balance. Mind you my current landlord at the time said they never heard of companies doing that. Dryden refused to accept that and was still trying to charge me $260. I have no evictions from any place I ever lease. So again they were just trying to find a way to stop me from leasing. They claim they couldn’t get in touch with my employer again my employer never said they reached out. Mind you I sent them four check stubs, 2 bank statements, last year W2. It came down to the week of me moving in and me having to threaten with legal action for them to just agree to refund my application fee and withdraw the lease I signed with them. I’m still waiting on my refund and will follow up again behind it because I refuse to let them get away with how they treated me. I had to find another apartment complex in 3 days. Mind you I had the lights turned on and the renters insurance for Dryden. I believe it worked out for me in the end because every complex I toured after them was nicer and well maintained. I even came across a leasing agent that used to work for Dryden and she even stated what the other reviews said were true. Dryden has a severe mold problem and it’s even stated in the lease. They expect you to take care of the mold. The hallway walls a severely stained. When it comes time to move in they always push your date back. So I’m happy I went else where just refund me my money before I look into a discrimination lawsuit!!!!

I’ve had absolutely a horrible experience with this management team. I applied for an apartment and was approved back in August. I was told the apartment would not be available on Nov 1st to move into, that it most likely wouldn’t happen until the 15th . They wrote up the wrong lease date so I wasn’t able to sign and I have called every week to try to get it corrected. After reading the most recent reviews, I will no longer be moving in. After several times reaching out and hearing absolutely nothing back from property management I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Save your money, time, sanity and your efforts for a better establishment, I’m repeating what everyone else has already said do not move here!

These apartments are absolutely horrible. Just got another letter saying we’re getting another annual inspection when y’all just did one a month ago, don’t get me wrong I know it’s probably protocol but I don’t trust some of them coming into my own apartment while I’m not there and then we can’t even reschedule it. Other issues are that these apartments are so dirty and yet charge everyone for violations when y’all can’t even keep the hallways clean or have it at least exterminated , the gate is always broken it only lasts about 2-3 weeks , there’s barely ever parking here available because some people who don’t even live here park here , stay the night or are going to the apartments like what kind of bs is that ? Y’all never answer emails whatsoever , y’all never pick up the phone calls , and once I go in the office y’all are just chatting away , y’all simply do not care . The pool was barely open all summer not surprised at all . I don’t recommend these apartments at all.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They don’t return Deposits. I have went 6 times to inquire about deposit and have gotten every single excuse possible. (Hadn’t been 90 days the first time I visited, Lost in the mail, maybe an address error, name spelling… the manager not being there… them needing to contact the “accountant”. etc) Then they write information down and check your information in the computer , promise a call and never actually call back. They do make you feel heard in the moment. But that’s as far as it goes. I left my unit cleaner than I moved in. I tried to give them the chance to fix it and return the deposit but since they did this to me, I hope I can warn the next person! The dumpster is always full and trash is everywhere. Attracts awful smells rodents and bugs. They tell you the certain times trash can go out but people leave the trash out, for the entire weekend. The hallway smells like a dumpster. Always and has nasty spills. The gate never works for longer than a day . My vehicle was broken into twice. The pool is constantly broken and chained up. Pretty sure there was mold in my unit, they outsourced the problem to a contractor. They couldn’t give me a date of when they would come, and of course , no one ever showed up. When I asked the office staff if it was mold, they told me they didn’t know, which is why they have a contractor coming. All the reviews that list the issues, believe them !

SJ and Regina did such an amazing job turning the community around. They helped keep the community clean and were constantly working to better everything. They personally worked with me on a number of issues and I'm so grateful for them. The star I didnt give is related to the first year I lived there without them, the previous management and maintenance staff did not seem to care much about the community and it reflected in their work.
