  This apartment is the best apartment I have lived in so far. Kai is so sweet and always comes through. It's been great living here. I've only had a few occasions where the water went off but they were able to get it back on within an hour. Kai has also promised that they are working on making sure the water doesn't get affected by the weather anymore. So far, I really love living here. My apartment is so beautiful and neat.

  Kai is such an amazing person! Loved her pure elegant essence and this place is everything you would want in a long term environment. I can’t wait to call this my home 🏠

  Honest Review: It has officially been three months since I moved in and I can honestly say, I recommend anyone to live here. Pros: •The apartments are beautiful and well designed. My favorites are the white porcelain floor and concrete walls (can’t hear neighbors or busy street cars). •Leasing office staff are wonderful and emails get responded in a timely manner. •Maintenance requests get done within a day or two. •Very clean hallways and areas •Garage parking is a plus! •No pests! •Gate always works either with the keyless access sticker or key fob. •Pet trash bags are always stocked with black quality bags. •Multiple stairs and elevators. •Package locker always works and I always get an email when it’s delivered. •Right next to Westheimer so all the stores available! •Key fobs! (smells of luxury) Cons: •I wish there were more grassy areas for my dog to sniff around in. •Sometimes residents don’t pick their dog’s poop especially in the back but it usually stays max 4-5 days before it’s gone since we have the pooprints program. •Normally when one of the elevator breaks down, we get an email and it’s usually fixed within a day or so but the back elevator has been out of service for a few weeks now so they might be ordering a part that takes a while to deliver but the front one works so it’s okay for now. In terms of pricing: Base rent depends on unit (mine is 1bd/1 ba) $94 for cable and internet and amenities usage (all three I love) $25 for valet trash (always gets picked up but they do pick up around 9:00 to 9:30 but it’s all good) $30 for pet rent ~$50 for water/trash/sewer ~50-60 for electricity

  I’m very happy living at Tuscany walk 2 years to be exact Staff very professional very friendly I will definitely recommend this place
