  My experience at this apartment complex has been very bad. Since I moved in, there have been serious issues with maintenance and cleanliness. One of the most concerning problems is the presence of bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable in a place where people live. Additionally, the security situation is very worrying. There have been multiple incidents involving cars in the parking area, including reports of theft and vehicle damage. This makes it hard to feel safe leaving your car there. Management does not seem to take these issues seriously. Complaints are either ignored or addressed very slowly, and communication is poor. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained living environment. Major improvements in security and maintenance are needed.

  I've been here a month going two and let start w they didn't paint my apt the same stains the office person put her hands on while we walked through were the same stains i moved in with and on my movein date i was told im getting the apt as is or i can have my deposit and app back ON MY MOVE IN DAY. SMH...the floors are old as heck with black residue coming up in between and old paint and foam stains every where peeling up and cracked and I was told none of this was done before I moved in because it is considered an upgrade. Most of my electrical lights and or fans have went out needed replaced my stove needed replaced my ac unit has went out twice and now my refrigerator is gone out amd wont be service til monday i guess no one works on Saturday..ive already threw out over $100 worth of food now today3.21.26 I have more food to throw out yall costing me money that I know i will not get back. You never know when the office will be open they are closed on random days its ridiculous if only they actually got my apt ready and actually did walk thru in which I came see the apt every week before I moved in w the same concerns painting..flooring im tired of walking in everyday w something else broken down I NEED CORPORATE

  My experience has been excellent with “The One @ 5959” Kiara was not only professional but also was very courteous and showcased good and ethical human values. She made me and my wife feel not only comfortable but very welcoming. Kiara stole the show and she is undoubtedly an Asset to this company. Aside all of this the Apartment Home at “The One @ 5959” is at a beautiful location and has very good amenities which is beyond expectations. Keep up the good work Kiara and to the Team working here.

  I lived here 25 years and the manager and staff were have now are the best! Very friendly and care about their tenants..even saved my life when I was sick, put in ICU for a week, hooked up to machines to live..I had 8 days they said..but I made it and was in physical therapy facility for 2 months. I was moved to a downstairs studio cause I couldn't do the stairs. I love my new studio apt, so easy for me. Also I'm amazed at how clean, and pristine the pool looks. Sooooo clean like the pools in resorts. I never seen an apt pool being so clean til now..even a great maintenance staff! And it's quiet here! I love this place rn and so do my rescue cats. 💯❤️❤️
