  Here, your nickle and dime in your fees. I pay 3 fees for trash. A valet trash service. Never comes on Thursday or Sunday. Pay administration trash fee, and a trash fee. Which every Sunday I can see dumpster diving from the public. Who needs the summer Olympics. We now provideva safe place homeless to hangout. They love to sleep next lake. Since no security and a broken gates. Anyone can come on in and ejoy thr lakes. Month by month, it gets more trashy in this place.

  new resident here & my move in & application process has been so smooth thanks to Yasmine! It literally only took her 4 days to get me approved & was transparent and answered every question I had to ask! 10/10 recommend! ask for Yasmine!

  Yasmin was my leasing agent and she was great from the warm greeting to both tours of potential apartments. She did it with style and grace. I pray that this will be my home 🤞🏾it seems to be a quiet and peaceful place to call home. The grounds are kept clean, the 🦆 are always cool too see, and I can’t wait to just grab a bench and sit by the lake and enjoy the view and breeze.

  Ive been living here two years now. Recently, we haven’t had a full 6 months of consistent hot water, that’s my current issue.
