  It’s always the people that they put in position that makes the property look bad …I have never experienced nothing like this before and I am 53 and I never heard or seen the things that these people have said or done. I do reviews all the time rather they are good or bad it would not be fair for me to say the property is bad but the team in that office has been very difficult the communication is horrible everything they say is conflicting and inconsistent with every other conversation but I have reached out to who owns the property for conversion and clarity it’s only right that I give them an opportunity to fix this situation ..I have never heard that your deposit is no.-refundable if you have not signed your lease I know your application fee is not refundable but they are telling me that I can’t get my deposit back because they held the unit for me I have never heard of such if you have not signed a lease and you decide you can not lease due to whatever situation you cannot get your deposit back I have many emails stating that I was receiving my deposit and it was processing I have proof of this now someone saying I can’t get it back because they held it for me i will not go deep into how I came to the refund process just yet but I will give updates on how this unravels this is ridiculous that people will inconvenience you and tell you lies just to keep what you are entitled to and make your living situation more difficult than it already is
