  Don’t move here! These people are scammers! I signed a notice of intent to move out and they are trying to say I abandoned my apartment. The only person that knows what they are doing in that office is William. Melissa is so rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She says I was suppose to return keys meanwhile I have a keypad on my door that doesn’t require keys. Then asking for a gate remote which I never received. When asked why maintenance was in my apartment the following day if no one was aware I moved out she didn’t have a response. There was never a maintenance order put in so why did they enter my apartment the following day of my move out. These apartments have been scamming since day one. The rent is never the same amount I signed my lease for 1200 it’s been 1450 and up. They say the water gas and sewer is divided amongst the units. The office workers are always changing and no one in the office are aware of their roles and duties and they are never on the same page.

  This place is honestly amazing. Everything about it just feels so nice and well taken care of. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into making it a great place to live. The overall atmosphere is great, and it just feels comfortable and welcoming. It’s one of those places that makes you happy you chose it. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to live!

  These apartments are honestly amazing. The place is absolutely beautiful, and there are so many different options to choose from, so you can really find what fits you best. The amenity room is honestly one of the best parts. It’s BEAUTIFUL and so well put together, and it’s actually useful too. I love going in there to study because it’s peaceful, comfortable, and just a really nice environment to be in. It doesn’t feel like a typical apartment space it feels high-end. And the management team? They are some of the kindest, most helpful people ever. Anytime you need something, they’re right there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. They truly go above and beyond and make you feel valued, not just like another resident. You can tell they genuinely care and want everyone to love where they live. Overall, this place is more than just apartments it’s a whole experience. If you’re even thinking about moving here i totally recommend it.

  If you’re looking for a sign: DONT MOVE HERE!!! I broke my lease 4 months in because of the roaches and constant smoke smell. Any positive review about Jesy is a lie because she was so rude to me and my family when we had questions. Tim was my official agent, he was nicer but still didn’t get much done. After escalating my issues, William didn’t take my concerns seriously and his attitude was the last straw for terminating my lease after fighting for months. My Issues: Maintenance lied about finishing requests. Pest control barely helped, and when they couldn’t get into the apartment because they were given the wrong key, the infestation got out of control. On top of this, I truly believe there was mold in my vents after the carpet was washed and left to dry with no ventilation. I had constant headaches and couldn’t sleep. I didn’t live in my apartment the last 2 months of my lease. Once I moved, I threw away many things because of pests and stench. Please run far from this place. Other Issues: - The grounds are covered in dog poop - The gate is always broken and wide open - The dumpsters are piled to the top for too long - All the mail areas have no spot for outgoing mail so I kept receiving the past 3 tenants mail - The laundry room is filthy and always has broken machines - Parking lot is packed by 7pm, and the lines are so faded that no one knows what’s a spot -Oh yeah almost forgot THERE WERE GIANT HOLES UNDER MY SINK

  Too much Noise at the pool. Loud music by people not thinking about their neighbors! Management please put signs out about not allowing loud music at the pool area. There are people homes right here and this is a nuisance.
