I stayed over with a friend here a few times and was honestly uncomfortable the entire time. I saw roaches not just in one area, but throughout the unit — kitchen, appliances, and even near food. There were also visible concerns with mold in places like the bathroom and vents. The water situation was just as bad — it would come out looking rusty at first, and there were multiple times the water was completely shut off during my visits. What stood out the most was how long these issues had been going on. My friend had already reported everything multiple times and nothing was properly fixed. They even had to go above the leasing office and contact higher-level management just to get any kind of response. I would never consider living here after what I saw. Do not rent here.

I visited a friend here regularly, and over time I saw how much the situation wore on them. It wasn’t just dealing with roaches — it was the constant stress of knowing they could be anywhere, including in food or on clean dishes. Even things that should be simple, like cooking or eating, became a concern. From what I saw, this had been reported multiple times, but the response never matched the seriousness of the issue. That lack of urgency is what really stood out to me. Living somewhere should bring peace of mind, not anxiety. Based on what I witnessed, I would not suggest this property to anyone.

I don’t even live here and still had a negative experience. While visiting, I had to make sure my car wouldn’t get towed and tried calling the office for help registering it. I was put on hold and then hung up on. That alone was frustrating, but it didn’t stop there. Inside the unit, I noticed pest issues right away, and the water quality didn’t seem right — it had a rusty color when first turned on. I was also there during a time when the water was completely shut off, which apparently happens often. After seeing all of this, I can confidently say I would never consider living here. There are too many problems and not enough accountability from management. Look elsewhere.

This apt complex is a joke. And I don't even have the patience to list everything wrong. And I visit here all the time. Roaches, mold concerns, water problems, and constant maintenance delays. The outside is atrocious. No care for the property. Believe the roach reviews. You may pay rent, but youre paying the roaches rent too. I’ve visited enough to confidently say this is not somewhere you want to live.

So I would like to give my honest opinion about these apartments. I just moved out after a year so I can give full details. These aren't the worst apartments especially if you don't have money and need to get out your situation. When I moved here I was in a horrible situation and just needed somewhere to stay. The walls are EXTREMELY thin I lived downstairs and could hear the person upstairs bed creaking as well as the unit behind me in the bathroom. I could hear their conversations and everything. The water bill was so expensive I had a 1 bedroom 1 bath and didn't cook or use much water and my bill was $80 minimum because it was split between other buildings. NOT BASED ON YOUR USAGE. The trash would be so filled up and raccoons and possums would be at the trash can. I would clean that apartment everyday mind you I didn't cook at all and it would be roaches. The staff would park in my reserved spot that I paid for and would catch an an attitude when asked to move their golf cart. They never clean them pools. I lived right across from the pool and tennis court. Staff sorta rude but I didn't really go in office. Anyone was able to get in the apartments and car tires were stolen not mine though. Also the water was out every week in the summer and our bill was sky high.
