  I’ve really enjoyed living here for over two years! The community is super quiet—honestly, I barely notice my neighbors, which makes it very peaceful. The gated neighborhood and overnight security patrols make me feel safe, and parking has never been a worry. Even during bad weather, water and electricity were reliable, and maintenance requests were usually handled the next day, which is really impressive. The management and landlord have always been responsive and considerate, which made living here comfortable and easy. The neighborhood feels warm and homey, with lots of personal touches from residents decorating doors and gardens. There’s also a lovely little park nearby that’s perfect for walks. The location is very convenient—you can get anywhere easily without being in the middle of city noise. Overall, it’s been a really positive living experience.

  From the very start of me working with the Abbey Briargrove Park, they have been amazingly helpful & pleasant. Imani is so friendly & cheerful over the phone when I scheduled a viewing for my client. During the tour, Imani was very knowledgeable of the property and the units. Me and my client were so impressed. She has an amazing personality for the job! I’ve came across many other leasing agents but Imani was definitely top notch! Lauren has always been responsive and helpful when I had questions via text. Because of this amazing team my client has now found a loving new place to call home! The units are spacious in size and the community is definitely well maintained for the affordability! I’ve seen the other Abbey’s in the areas and it could not compare to this property.   The Abbey @ Briargrove Park is a very nice place to live. Very quiet and peaceful place. Management Mrs. Lauren is the BOMB.com! She’s helpful and very understanding to any and all your personal situations to what you might be going thru. I recommend 10 out of 10. The Abbey @Briargrove Park.

  I’ve been a resident for almost five years now and still very happy to call the Abbey home. I love that it’s a quiet community tucked away in a great neighborhood near the beltway, and shopping and dining and hiking and bike trails. The leasing staff are top notch and really care about making sure we continue to maintain a safe and quiet community. Mostly the residents are retirees, young professionals, or couples - so the tranquil nature of this community is one of its best assets! Adding to this the property staff are some of the best people around. Yvette and Lauren are kind and welcoming. The maintenance team Rick and Melvin are hard working and always ready to help fix issues- large and small- in a timely fashion.
