  I toured the property and it was amazing! Common areas are great and clean, and the apartments as well. I was scared about the reviews of the elevators but all of them are working and the manager said things have improved and they are being serviced oftern. I will be submitting my application.

  Tate is an amazing community, all team members are always available and help to the best of their ability! I have seen a big change on the property specially lately, all elevators work, areas are kept clean, more resident activities. I love that it is close to HEB as well, and many restaurants across the street which is super convenient.

  I’ve been living here for a little over 2 months now, and I just wanted to share how much I’ve appreciated Nallely Martinez. She was the one who gave me my tour and helped me through the lease signing, and I had so many questions before moving in. I probably reached out more than I should have, but she was always patient, kind, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. That really made the whole experience feel a lot easier. I still see her pretty often since I grab coffee from the leasing office, and she’s always smiling and takes a moment to say hi. It’s such a small thing, but it makes the place feel more like home. Really grateful for all your help, Nallely! 🤍

  Gaby, as a manager, communicates exceptionally well with both me as a tenant and her team. She’s always willing to step in and support whenever needed, which really stands out. Nallely has gone above and beyond on two separate occasions to help me resolve issues, and that level of dedication is truly appreciated. I also enjoy walking to work each day and being greeted by Ryan at the front desk—his big smile always makes a positive impression. The staff here is genuinely amazing. Unfortunately, some residents don’t take care of their homes or the community, which leads to negative reviews. People don’t even pick up after their pets, often let them run around without leashes, and sometimes leave trash on the carpeted floors. If everyone took better care of the spaces they rent, this would truly be an incredible place to live.

  I’ve been living at Tate Tanglewood Apartments for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience from day one. The move-in process was seamless, and that same level of professionalism and care has continued throughout my entire time here. The leasing team truly stands out—especially Ryan and Desire. Ryan’s willingness to go above and beyond for residents never goes unnoticed. He’s always a pleasure to speak with, always willing to help, and consistently makes sure all of your needs are met. Desire is just as impressive—she’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes the time to answer any questions thoroughly. Both of them make the experience here feel smooth, welcoming, and well taken care of. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities like a resort-style pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and a welcoming community center. One of my favorite parts is the pool view from my apartment—it’s something I never get tired of and really adds to the overall living experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, luxury, and outstanding service, Tate Tanglewood Apartments is definitely the place to be!
