  Im reading the reviews & are they are pretty good outside of the section 8 voucher holders reviews which leads me to be believe that the office staff is deliberately dragging their feet when it comes to those particular applicants which is discrimination. I'm not going to apply here because I would hate to have to sue this property and I am going to report this matter. I was instructed to apply online but it's ask for a resident code which wasn't provided to me and why do I need that to create an account to apply. It's giving we only want certain tenants!

  5 stars because the property is very nice! And the ladies in the office were nicer! I went and loved everything about it. Pure Luxury plus affordable rates! Unfortunately, I was denied due to high collections on my report. So, even with a housing voucher, don’t think you’re off the hook. Read the qualifying criteria carefully. It’s posted on the site and will show again during the app process. Be sure to check your report before applying. I like how the system immediately showed the decline as well. At least you’ll know instead of wondering and waiting for an approved or denied call. Only thing is it didn’t show the reason I called them and they told me the reason why. They all were very nice. In my experience looking for apartments I do not always come across welcoming people. They are really nice here!

  I had an amazing experience working with Nelda Lopez during my apartment application process. From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated every step of the way, which really made the process less stressful. Nelda went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and helped guide me through getting approved. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was needed.
