  THE best apartments on this side of town! Very spacious, has upgraded amenities, the property is secure, the pool is beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and comfort of the complex and community. It’s family friendly and we love it here! The staff is great and easy to talk to. The facility manager, Jimmie, is top tier! There’s no task too big or small and with every inquiry, he made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He gets straight to the point, tells me what’s needed and executes immediately! 10/10 would definitely recommend! Hunter is very pleasant, patient and transparent. He always follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly and keeps me updated on anything that’s happening with the complex.

  They’ll be empty for a while because the requirements are ridiculous. You basically have to have a perfect credit score and literally nothing on your background, no misdemeanors, nothing. Deposits are ridiculously high!

  Been here a week almost two and so far I love my new home. They are still building so I hope the quietness and peacefulness remains the same once they are fully built . But so far so good !

  The apartments look sooooo nice the receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. I hope to least here soon!! I can’t wait until my least in my current spot is over

  I recommend this place 100% if you ever need help head your way to Hector he has been helping me through out my whole process from application to getting approved & staying on top of everything. He was fully transparent and super helpful & made the process feel smooth. The patience he has with his clients is the best. They are now open. Go visit Hector!!!!!
