If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place to call home, this probably isn’t it. My family and I have had a really frustrating experience since moving in.The complex is not well maintained at all. There are visible issues that look like bullet holes in the walls, along with water stains and leaks that haven’t been properly fixed. Ventilation is a big problem—smoke from other units (weed and people grilling outside) constantly gets into our apartment and just sits there. On top of that, the vents in the front part of our unit don’t even work, so it gets unbearably hot during the summer. Maintenance is another huge problem. They have one maintenance person over two complexes so it can take forever to get any real help. Requests often get marked as “complete” even when the issue is not resolved.
The overall cleanliness of the property is also an issue. People don’t clean up after their dogs, trash gets left outside, and we were dealing with pests basically from day one—even though they charge for pest control. There are also a lot of fees that don’t really match the service you get. You’re charged for trash, but still have to take it out yourself, and neighbors leave their trash all over. You pay for a reserved parking spot, but there’s still a risk of getting towed. It just doesn’t add up. Noise is another big problem. There are parties that go on late into the night (sometimes until 3 or 4 a.m.), and management doesn’t handle it—they just tell you to call the non-emergency police line. After these parties, people leave messes like trash and even vomit around the property. Safety is also a concern. Early on, there were incidents of gun violence in the area.
We’ve also had issues with the hot water randomly going out, weird noises in the walls, and a black residue coming out of the vents that looks concerning. Since moving in, my whole family has had ongoing respiratory issues, which we didn’t deal with before. On top of everything, the office is unreliable. Sometimes it’s closed during business hours, or no one answers the phone,
even when the lights are on. They’re always sending out surveys asking if this is a great place to live, and honestly, I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
The only positive thing I can say is about Ms. Stella. She’s the only staff member who has consistently made us feel welcome, treated us with kindness since day one, and actually tried to advocate for us to have a better living experience. She’s truly been the one bright spot in all of this. All I can say is… save yourself the trouble and do not move here if you can help it. My family and I are planning to move out as soon as we can.

So um no…. And here is why.
I was involved in a lease dispute where an unauthorized signature attributed to me appeared on a lease document. Despite notifying management, the situation has not been resolved fully. Also required attorney involvement. While Communication was difficult and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Looking for a place to live without paying rent? Well, this place might have seemed like that kind of “great deal” back on 09/21/2022 — but the reality is far from it.
Weird, unsettling things have happened here, including assault and other disturbing incidents. Even stranger, there were unusual objects hovering in the air above the apartments around 4 a.m., something still completely unexplained. I have video proof, and honestly, I’m still trying to understand what it was.
What’s even worse is the behavior that residents have been allowed to get away with. Violent crimes, near-fatal attacks, harassment — and the management office didn’t do anything to step in or help resolve these issues. There’s no onsite security, residents show little concern when they hear screams from other units, and the police assigned to this community take hours to respond. And when they finally show up? They act uninterested, unbothered, and unwilling to do their jobs.
This isn’t just disappointing — it’s dangerous. No one deserves to live in a place where safety is treated like an option instead of a priority.
