  Tengo 9 años de vivir aquí y todo está muy bien. El mantenimiento es muy bueno y las señoritas de la oficina son muy amables.

  They only reason which i gave 2 stars because of the friendly stuff. There is a lot of bedbugs, i used to live there between 2023 to 2024. The moving cost was very high for me, i have trashed all of my stuff because of bedbugs. Also for the 13 months which i have lived there in Apt 407, i have paid very highly electricity bills even $920, the lowest was $295 just for 1 bed 1 bad condo just for fun, AC, refrigerator and once a day cooking. With the same energy company i moved to my current apartment its 2 years but i have never paid more than $100 for electricity. The stove was broken from the beginning i have ask to fix it few times, but they never did on the end of my lease the charged me for the broken stove from my deposit.

  Thus far everything perfect👌. My apartment clean and nice. Melisa was so professional and superfast. I got my key so fast it was like a dream. I didn't have to wait because the apt was already fixed not still being worked on. The paperwork and everything was so fast. I love Melisa she's awesome. I want to live over here forever. I hope Melisa continue to work with in office too, she does a good job at helping.

  El mejor Lugar para vivir,la berdad no ay palabras describir lo que es vivir en south oaks,quiero darle las gracias en principal a la manager de los apartamentos ,maria que siempre una persona dedicada a su travel y siempre ayuda a los residentes de south oaks y tambien a la assistente y sobre todo a mis chicas favoritas melisa y jasmin ❤️😘 please come to visit the office and melisa and jasmin will be help you whit all the process to fill a application and move to the best apartments place in houston
