  I normally don’t leave reviews, but after living here, I feel people deserve to know what they’re walking into. The apartments look fine on the surface, but once you move in, the problems start. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks or months, and when they do respond, they either patch things poorly or claim the issue is “not their responsibility.” We’ve had multiple problems — damaged flooring, cracked trim, water‑damaged ceilings, and other issues that should’ve been fixed before move‑in. Most of these repairs we ended up doing ourselves because management either didn’t show up or kept making excuses. On top of that, the office constantly mixes up bills or adds charges that don’t make sense, and when you ask for clarification, they act like you’re the problem. Communication is terrible, and accountability is nonexistent. If you’re considering moving here, just know that you’ll be paying full price for an apartment you’ll end up repairing yourself. I really hope management improves, but based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  Disgusting place, extra charges, and rude at the end, don't get fooled by the nice pictures and friendly in the biggining. So noisy on weekends and even some weekdays, can't sleep.

  Seré muy sincero Estoy tan arrepentido de estar aquí Muy amable SEGÚN de primero te tratan y después ya no te ayudan en nada y te ponen una cara de dios mio De nada te sirve pagar un estacionamiento del cual no te respetan y no cómo reportar al número por qué la grúa no está permitida entrar Ya se a reportado eso y no te pueden ayudar en oficina Solo te ponen la cara y Lo siento muchachos yo no puedo ayudarles en eso Eso es lo único que dicen Si piensan entrar aquí no lo hagan busquen una mejor opción Nosotros más de mes buscando apartamento aquí y para que al final nos del el que ella quería
