  I had a wonderful experience with Esmeralda! She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions both over the phone and in person. I really appreciated how thorough and approachable she was throughout the entire process. she made everything feel easy and comfortable. I’ve just submitted my application and I’m looking forward to moving here!

  I have lived at Revl since 2023. This apartment was a new construction and it is still quite clean. The lounge looks good and there is a small gym too. I don't use a pool and have not see many people there but it looks good. I tried to use a BBQ grill once but it didn't work at that time. Generally, I am ok with this apartment but there are several issues here. 1. Towing. There is a parking app that allows visitor parking for 24 hours. he problem is that once the 24 hours pass, there is no alarm or reminder, so it is very easy to forget. Then the car gets towed and you have to pay several hundred dollars. My wife visited me and her car was towed today. This strict policy may be good for security, but at least there should be some kind of alarm from the app or reminder before towing a car if this apartment management truly respects its tenants. I don't know the parking policies of other apartments, but if you expect to have visitors often, you should not consider this apartment, or you should at least set an alarm for yourself. I always set an alarm, but towing can still happen from a single mistake, and then you have to pay hundreds of dollars. 2. Although the towing policy is strict, it does not mean that the parking lot security is perfect. I have seen cars with missing tires several times. I recommend parking your car facing the apartments so it can be seen from the rooms. The other side of the parking lot is not very visible, so if someone tries to steal your tires, there is a higher risk. 3. Roach is also an issues. I used to live on the 3rd floor before and I saw roaches once a week during summer. So, I moved to 5th floor now and I can still see it in summer. I clean my room very often and don't cook much in my room. So I’m not sure where they come from. Well, this is Houston and it can be something that we should bear with. But it is true that large roach can come to the 5th floor. 4. Busy traffic during the rodeo at NRG. This apartment is right next to the NRG and the road to the apartment is quite busy during the event. If you enjoy the rodeo, then this location is good for you. 5. I have seen some reviews mentioning good staff at the leasing office. However, the staff changes over time, so I have experienced different staff members whenever I visit the office. Some were good and some were not. It really depends on when you visit. 6. Lastly, this was not my issue, but I would not recommend rooms near the stairs or parking areas. The doors there often slam because of the strong door closers. If you are considering rooms near those doors, you should be aware that the noise can be quite frequent. Check the noise from the door.

  Office staff is very friendly and completed move in very quickly. Alexxi, Esmeralda, and Syliva very nice and professional, made sure everything was taken care of. Maintenance staff Robert, Carlos, and Oscar very friendly and fix things very quickly. Great place and great staff.

  I want to start by saying that under the previous management, REVL was a great place to live. The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about residents. Communication was clear, maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and overall the experience felt organized and respectful. Unfortunately, since the management changed, the experience has gone downhill significantly. The communication is poor and inconsistent. Emails and concerns are either ignored or answered with vague, delayed responses. There is a noticeable lack of accountability and follow-through. Residents deserve transparency and professionalism, and that standard is no longer being met. The most frustrating part has been the move-out process. The charges applied were excessive and felt inflated. There was little explanation, no clear breakdown that justified the amounts, and no willingness to reasonably discuss or review them. It feels less like a fair assessment and more like an opportunity to overcharge. What was once a well-managed property now feels neglected. It’s disappointing to see how quickly standards have dropped. I hope ownership seriously evaluates the current management.

  The previous management was so cooperative and friendly and they weren’t hesitate to help and assist at all but the new management is literally opposite it’s the worst management ever they are not cooperative and they don’t reply either by email or by phone not recommended at all Even when I end my contract they charged me extra month and fees for service I didn’t get
