  The HOA has been very disappointing. Fees were increased last year, but there hasn’t been any noticeable improvement in overall management or value. While homeowners are responsible for front yard maintenance, the communication and enforcement from the HOA have been frustrating. I even received a violation notice asking me to replace a tree that clearly exists in the photo they provided—are they not seeing what’s already there? Additionally, customer service has been unhelpful when I’ve reached out with questions, which only adds to the frustration.

  We’ve had PMG for a little under a year. At first, when they wanted our HOA’s business, they were great. But after the three month honeymoon ended, they began to ignore us. Months of unanswered emails. Emails where tenants are in violation and nothing has been done. No acknowledgements on their end. Nothing. What’s wild is that Yolanda and team are eager to tell us when they’re on vacation /when they’re closed. Yet they can’t answer an email or help remedy hazardous living conditions. If you’re shopping for management company, don’t use them. Edit: what is the point of sending another set of complaints and comments and concerns to a generic email? Tell me how sending a new set of complaints of the same old problems to the webmaster email is going to help? We have been asking for help for various problem neighbors for months and you guys have done nothing.

  I tried couple of times to talk with someone in this company regarding my HOA issue... I left voice messages couple of time... no one care.... I wish I could give 0 star.

  I had requested both pool fob and entry fobs, never worked when called they said already reset the codes, never worked, it's almost 10 months, never solved simple issues, so frustrating.

  No response, reaction and definitely no echo... They are pure ignorance Few answers and they said they will get it done... But no answers... Just bad...
