  Beware when your lease ends they'll charged you right after you moved for late fees which that's false. I lived here back 2023. My lease arrangement ended June 30th 2023. National Credit had contacted me notifying me that I have an collection of 2,000. I'm like for what? They said for late fees of Pinewood Apartments I told them I do not have late fees. They stated my move out date was 8/2023. I told them that's incorrect. I have proof of my lease arrangement shows my lease ended End of June 30th 2023. I also took pics the day I moved out in each room that the apartment Is empty and cleaned I Also return the keys on June 28th, 2023. Than they want come back saying I broke my lease! Smh. I told them I did not. They wanna add I broke my lease for domestic dispute! Smh.. I'm like what that's not true. I mentioned to them when I took pics when I moved out it shows the time and details which was June 28th. 2023. I told them I have all the proof and they were still not trying to hear it. They claimed I broke my lease . I even still have all the confirmation payments that I Made throughout the year. How in the world is that impossible that I broked my lease does not make sense. Now I have collection fee of 2,000. Which I do not agree to. Someone needs to get this resolved and remove that collection. Someone in the office not doing there job right or national credit big scammers also rude. Very unprofessional! Someone needs to investigate. And I also just seen I'm not the only person having the same issues. 3/26/26

  I had the opportunity to tour and interact with this property, and my experience was exceptionally positive. The staff were welcoming, professional, and highly informative throughout the visit. The property itself was notably quiet, well-maintained, and clean. Additionally, the residents I encountered were courteous and friendly. The manager, Ms. Tishia, was especially helpful and provided thoughtful guidance during the tour. Based on this experience, I would be delighted to consider making this property my home in the near future.

  The new manager Ms Ty and Ashley were so nice today and I had a lot of question but they were so helpful and I would recommend staying at these apartments because of management alone

  Dear Property Management / Corporate Office, This letter serves as a formal complaint and notice regarding the conduct of staff at Pinewood Apartments located at 5900 Greens Rd, Humble, TX 77396, a property managed by Dominium, Inc. During a recent interaction with property staff, I experienced behavior that was disrespectful, unprofessional, and threatening in nature. The manner in which I was addressed was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism that residents should expect from representatives of a residential housing provider. As a resident, I should be able to communicate with management and staff without being subjected to intimidation, hostility, or threatening language. This incident has created a concerning and uncomfortable environment and raises serious questions regarding the treatment of residents at this property. I am formally requesting that this matter be investigated promptly. Additionally, I request written confirmation outlining the steps that will be taken to address this incident and ensure that all staff interactions with residents remain professional and respectful moving forward. Please consider this letter official notice of the issue. If this matter is not addressed in a timely and appropriate manner, I will consider escalating the complaint to Dominium’s corporate office, local housing authorities, and any other appropriate regulatory or oversight agencies. I request a written response acknowledging receipt of this complaint and explaining the actions that will be taken to resolve this matter.
