  Been here 2 years and we love it here. Pretty quiet community, a lot of families which is nice. Used to live in an apartment next to a college with a crazy crowd so we can really feel the difference here. Maintenance has always been very prompt to address any issues we have and Mrs. Hunter at the front office is always lovely.

  I love Park Avenue! Gina is the Best! I lived here a couple years and Only recently moved out due to life pulling me in a different direction in a different area, otherwise, I would stay forever! From office to maintenance to my actual apartment, everything was amazing! From renewing my lease to creating a work order, evrything was easy! Talking to Gina was like talking to family, always very kind and patient. As for the maintenance, All of them are amazing! I never had a long wait time for anything I needed done. Whenever they had to come, they would always greet me with smiles and great attitudes and answer any questions I had. They would always leave a completed requisition for what they did and I would also get an email upon completion. My apartment was Huge, nice and updated! My floor plan was like a roommate split..2 Huge rooms across the living room and large island kitchen. Each room had Huge bathrooms! Both closets were walk ins. The bathrooms had plenty of cabinet space were huge as well. My balcony/porch was very spacious and long. Sitting day or night was just so nice and peaceful. There is a security pad at the door, full size washer and dryer with lots of shelving and space for a large trash can and a spacious dining nook. Garages and covered parking are offered, I chose assigned covered parking and never had any issues with anyone parking in my spot. Parking is never really an issue, there are plenty spaces, but I chose assigned covered only because I would bring my grandkids over alot and getting them out of car seats can be time consuming. That or if I had a ton of groceries. Raining or sun beating down, I could take my time with the covered parking and it was directly in front of my unit! But best of all for me living at Park Avenue was the tranquility. It is so peaceful at any time, day or night, any day of the week. I work nights, so that was a Huge plus for me. My neighbors were always smiling and waving, but everyone kept to themselves. Just an all around amazing, peaceful and beautiful place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone! This has truly been my favorite place to call home!

  Shelly Porter the property manager is highly unprofessional. Beautiful property, wonderful Maintenace but the office staff sucks. If you read all the other reviews, you’ll see multiple other comments about the terrible office staff and lack of professionalism from Shelly Porter.
