  I went in for a tour recently and found that the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Yelling at her staff in front of everyone in the office. If she acts like this with her employees I can only imagine how she would act with residents. Even after reading previous reviews, I’m shocked this woman is allowed to be a manager. Very disgraceful and unappreciative of her team. I walked out and decided to lease somewhere else. Not worth the headache.

  Kassandra me ayudó con mi proceso de mudanza y aunque es nueva manejo todo de manera muy profesional. Muy amable paciente y se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera en orden. La recomiendo totalmente!

  Staff very nice and friendly came by yesterday and Kassandra helped me and my wife and had gave us good feedback on every question we had hard to find that these days people are so quick to judge

  I have been living here for two years and I pay my rent on time and wanted to be a responsible resident and report suspicious activity and homeless individuals to the management but the manager is so arrogant and unprofessional and hard to meet her and not honest with her own company . I did report vacant unit breaks ins closed to my apartment and she warned me to not report it and not called and complained her about security guard not showing and not doing their job, she got angry and called me ignorant. Dear Napoleons square owner, our manager Fuentes is not a responsible manager and not honest in her job and she will destroy your property. You will lose a lot of good residents because of her attitude and arrogant. She gives false information to the property owner because is about losing residents because this unfit manager, my son bike got stolen from door last night when we report it , the manager don’t listen. I will move out as soon as my contract end.
