  I do not recommend living here at all. I lived there for 2 years and had multiple horrible experiences. Upon my move in date, the unit I was supposed to move into had the door wide open, it smelled like cigarettes and when I opened the fridge it was full of roaches crawling everywhere. They did offer another vacant unit but this was very inconvenient as I had my movers waiting for this to get situated. The area itself is terrible and the train intersection causes lots of delays. I constantly had maintenance issues for my AC going out in the summer and the management at the time changed twice, both times they were very difficult to get ahold of unless you go in person.

  do not move here I repeat do not move here! even if it’s your last option don’t do it . They have pest problems and even when you do get pest control , they come back the roaches run your home. they have to shut off the water every month for three + hours . The lights shut off almost every other month as well and they have a gang of cats that will come up to your door and eat through your trash , and they paint over everything dirt , holes even mold. And the maintenance men ain’t about nothing they hire anybody , also the pictures you see online that’s not what you get everything’s outdated .

  Good morning everyone i would like to give my experience on arriving at metro yesterday it was absolutely incredible why because as I walked in i was greeted with snacks and water noted i just got of work so thumbs up chelsea in so many ways i never had to ask a question it wasn’t because i didn’t have any but more of understanding without saying anything awesome customer service i cant forget jazzman,ms Tangela with there charisma energy to make sure my experience so amazing talking about a place I definitely looking forward to calling home for me and my wife and kids if you looking for a experience of a life time this is the property that always put the customer first highly recommended dont just listen to me experience it for yourself then let me know if you wondering where to move to 2026 this is the spot i guarantee so check it out and you tell me your experience and we go from there definitely

  Chelsea was such a big help! Everything seemed up to par and the community was quiet. All our questions were answered honestly and thoroughly as well. Can’t wait to move in!

  I went to tour the place and It was beautiful! Chelsey was amazing and so welcoming it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She sold us on the place soon as we were done with the tour. Though I wanted to keep my options open so that same day, I went to Smart living on telephone rode , and the lady in the front was very rude and didn’t want to give us a tour because “she wasn’t supposed to be there” Left immediately and went back to Metro 5514 and loved the place.
