  En el tiempo que hace que resido en esta comunidad he recibido un trato muy cordial y amable por parte del personal de la oficina, siempre ha atendido todas mis visitas así como me ha ayudado en todos los trámites que he tenido que realizar, no tengo quejas ni inquietudes sobre el servicio que se nos brinda y el apartamento desde que me lo entregaron está en muy buenas condiciones

  To whom it may concern… I have been at Mariposa for 12 years last December 2025… Sophia and Cynthia has always taken care of my needs… I have always paid my rent on time and I have no complaints..(The trash cans has always been a problem, but they have seen that the trash bins are taken care of) Some people are going to always complain, no matter what the situation is… Sophia and Cynthia has always treated me with respect, and has always made sure that things for my apartment has been taken care of.. Far as maintenance etc… I enjoyed Mariposa and looking for many more years.. They both know their job and definitely Sophia as being the manager.. her years of experience has really made a difference at Mariposa ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽..   For the past year, my relatives have been living in this community, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff and management. Their attentiveness and consistent communication have given me complete peace of mind, knowing my loved ones are in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Cynthia, in particular, has been wonderful. She took the time to personally show my family around the property and made sure they felt welcomed from day one. Any issue that has ever come up has been addressed promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about the team’s dedication and responsiveness. The entire staff is respectful, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents feel cared for and valued. The facility itself is always spotless, well maintained. Every visit leaves me impressed by the warmth, and attention to detail that set this place apart. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this place it has exceeded every expectation, and I am deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism that define it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy, well run, and welcoming environment for their loved ones.

  My father and I visited many different places before. However, from the moment we walked in to Mariposa at Ella, we knew this place was special. The staff, the interior design, are all best in class. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Special thanks to Sophia and her staff who went above and beyond to make sure my father had a pleasant experience.

  I want to highlight the office staff at this apartment complex because they truly make a difference.The team is always responsive and communicates clearly, whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or addressing concerns. I’ve had a few situations come up, and each time they handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude.It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Having a reliable and friendly office staff makes living here much more comfortable and stress-free.I really appreciate their hard work and dedication—great customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed!
