  It’s a nice apartment complex but as residents we can’t seem to enjoy anything because our cars keep getting broken into or stolen. This week my car was stolen and security didn’t see anything. It’s really sad and management can’t do anything about it. It’s very hurtful.

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does an excellent job fixing any issues. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. It’s clear they really care about the residents and keeping everything running smoothly!

  Lakeside apartments has had its ups and down. I have been a resident here for 11 years. I have seen changes constantly. However. LEO, the manager and his team has made a considerable wonderfull change of the negative perception of the complex. They are very attentive to the residents needs. The landscaping of the property always is a priority. The maintenance staff (Martinez) is always on time with resolving any issues. You will love making this place your new home. I pray it remains this way with this Team 🙏 🙌 ❤️

  Worst communication ever. Johnathon needs to be retrained. Took 3 weeks and me to visit the office 4 times just for him to submit my information because he constantly forgets, has to “manually enter it” or needs to speak with manager on what to do. Told me I was denied because i owed an apartment complex. After pulling my own consumer report thru leasing desk saw that was untrue. Then was told my credit was too low. Oscar the manager stated I would get my admin fee back and he would call me back. Have not spoken with him since and nobody ever answers the phone but if you go in the office Johnathon is sitting right at the front desk with a empty desk listening to the phone ring.

  They we're there when I needed them with immediate credit check and vacancy.My job required me to have an address fast or I'd be fired.They came through.The pool was beautiful.There is not much food,shopping,or gas around there,but that's not what I needed.
