  Excelente servicio en mantenimiento cuando reportas algo el mismo día se presenta el señor Daniel a solucionar tu problema. Con mucha amabilidad y paciencia.

  If you have a BBQ pit don't move in here. Ever since the new manager took over there's been constant emails about not keeping BBQ pits on your patio, this new manager is more concern about BBQ pits then people who come in here late at night stealing peoples cars. Not to mention the ladies who work in the office can range from being helpful to giving off unnecessary attitude

  I have been a long time resident. I have seen it be a wonderful place to a run down complex. Major repairs never completed. According to the ofc, it shifts the blame on outside contractors not returning calls. They charge you for everything. In my opinion this is the owner(s) responsibility as well as their expense to keep it attractive for future residents. I have no stock in this place so why pay monthlty for new cabinets, fake wood floors, no grass & etc. This isn't a upscale place for the price you pay. Nor does it have the appeal from building 2 and 3 to even think about referring someone. They have discontinued incentives to keep you as a resident. I truly believe new owners have bought this place and if so, there strategy is unacceptable, poor as well as disappointing. To be honest, this complex should be torn down to be remodeled due to it being a outdated building that truly needs a face lift from inside and out. The new manager calls herself trying to implement unnecessary changes when it's not going to change the fact it's still not going to be appealing. These changes make you you feel that you're in a prison camp and paying for restitution. Just sad and pitiful. All the years being here, I had hope of this property moving in a better direction but it's very apparent this was a delusion. Whenever my lease has expired, I will not be renewing & other old residents have said the same. As some of the old ones have left before Charlene retired. Please don't get it twisted that I'm saying Charlene was a top notch leasing manager because that's not the case. Lets be clear this place will continue to be a revolving door. There will not be any longevity residents as time goes by. Good luck with finding reliable, caring and mature residents that will not cause any issues.
