  0 Stars they dont fix anything right away and when you put in work orders they continually get “misplaced”it takes multiple times before they try to get anything done. my AC was taking forever to turn on and the maintenance man kept telling me nothing was wrong with it til they switched people and he actually took the time to find the problem and fix it. My AC went out and i had just had a baby and one of the ladies in the office told me i had to wait because they were having a meeting that they would send someone at 5pm which is when the office closed, she did not care about the safety of my newborn and my apartment was 88 degrees an climbing that was a maintenance emergency and was not taking seriously until i had to call an ambulance to come check my newborn out and then they rushed to send someone to fix it when they should have done that to begin with! I moved out officially a day after my lease was up and was told i would be charged a pro-rated rent for ONE DAY but its now been 4 months an its still showing online A FULL MONTHS RENT, ive been trying to call the office to talk to Brenda and she never gets on the phone im told”shes gonna fix it right now” and its never fixed im told”shes gonna call you back” and she never calls. This is ridiculous im trying to pay what i owe but I WILL NOT PAY A FULL MONTHS RENT BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX IT IN THE SYSTEM!

  ZERO STARS ! If you want to live comfortably DO NOT MOVE HERE ! DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU ! These apartments are filthy , instead of everyone taking there trash to the dumpster they rather place trash under the stairwells , in the bushes , near the pond , or in the hallway for days ! The apartments & hallways stink . There is ALWAYS a water issue which causes mold & mildew that you can clearly tell they just paint over and move the next person in . Not to mention the roaches & gnats are sooo bad ! I had to throw away so much food and was scared to cook . The maintenance DOES NOT COME FIX ANYTHING ! The office staff changes EVERY TIME YOU TURN AROUND ! The dumpsters are always overflown with trash ! This was the most horrible decision I’ve ever made .

  Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the front office run through employees like they run through clothes. Don’t recommend and the process took a good 6+ weeks. Also in regards to parking you get 3 days max to park a registered vehicle and they have a 24 hour pass. Your car can possibly be on bricks, have a busted window, and or be gone when you wake up. WOULDNT recommend!!

  0 stars. Poor organization. They tell you one thing to go and buy the money order for the application, and the next day they tell you something else or make things up and send you back with the money order, which is difficult to cash. It seems like they're playing games. On the first day, they should give you all the complete information.
