This place is poorly maintained. There was a fire in a unit YEARS ago. The affected buildings haven’t been repaired, leveled- anything. They had to erect fencing to keep squatters out. Yet they have the wherewithal to re-roof the units right next to it. Make it make sense?!?
Just don’t live here.

Move in/out was very easy. The office was very communicative and handled any issues promptly. We only had one maintenance request and it was handled within’ 24hrs. Awesome people, quiet community.

Wasting $40 on parking for starters. Just forge a placard or start parking in any spot you please. They aren’t going to tow if someone stole your $40 baking pan sheet awning spot, and you can’t even doing anything about towing until the office opens up. Constant plumbing issues, can’t even use my half bath since the main plumbing line of the building decided to end its life on top of Richdale not caring about doing any infrastructural maintenance. Roof leaking staining the walls and invites a healthy coat of mold for you and your loved ones to inhale. Damaged faucets that provide terrible water pressure and water heaters that hesitate to heat. Utility connections sloppily connected and our own vent pipe for the plumbing wasn’t even connected so it contributed to flooding. Don’t get me started on the ancient appliances that we’re given. Several outlets just aren’t hooked up to anything. Oh and we were left with an old air filter with accommodating dust to pair with. The amenities they promote along with the models they show are a red flag. The forced internet they offer is awful and a the valet living that’s attach barely picks up on scheduled days regardless of weather conditions. Overall waste to live here. It’s a shame it’s in an area with a lot of nature. I ❤️ apartment living! I ❤️ renting!
I do not want to be met with a scripted/automated reply. I shouldn’t need to further contact anyone because it falls on deaf ears. Action needs to be done for the bare minimum of apartment living expectations and yet that’s a challenge.
