  Wasting $40 on parking for starters. Just forge a placard or start parking in any spot you please. They aren’t going to tow if someone stole your $40 baking pan sheet awning spot, and you can’t even doing anything about towing until the office opens up. Constant plumbing issues, can’t even use my half bath since the main plumbing line of the building decided to end its life on top of Richdale not caring about doing any infrastructural maintenance. Roof leaking staining the walls and invites a healthy coat of mold for you and your loved ones to inhale. Damaged faucets that provide terrible water pressure and water heaters that hesitate to heat. Utility connections sloppily connected and our own vent pipe for the plumbing wasn’t even connected so it contributed to flooding. Don’t get me started on the ancient appliances that we’re given. Several outlets just aren’t hooked up to anything. Oh and we were left with an old air filter with accommodating dust to pair with. The amenities they promote along with the models they show are a red flag. The forced internet they offer is awful and a the valet living that’s attach barely picks up on scheduled days regardless of weather conditions. Overall waste to live here. It’s a shame it’s in an area with a lot of nature. I ❤️ apartment living! I ❤️ renting! I do not want to be met with a scripted/automated reply. I shouldn’t need to further contact anyone because it falls on deaf ears. Action needs to be done for the bare minimum of apartment living expectations and yet that’s a challenge.

  Verónica is súper nice and helpful, they always help me in the office. Highly recommend gris property. They make me feel like family. Maintenence is always friendly.

  I have serious safety and privacy concerns at this property. On one occasion, someone tried to break into my apartment and was peeping inside, clearly violating my privacy. Alarmingly, this person had an access key to my apartment. Later, it was discovered that he was an employee of the management company, but he did not have any uniform or official identification to show he was on legitimate duty. Despite repeatedly reporting these serious security and safety issues, management has been uncooperative, dismissive, and at times rude. Tenant safety and privacy do not appear to be a priority here. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values security and professional management.

OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES AS A APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!! FOR THE 3 YEARS I LIVED THERE IT WAS THE WORST! HOLES MADE BY RENOVATORS IN MY WALL AND LEASING AGENTS WHO DID NOTHING TO HELP!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED, WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT RACOONS LIVING IN YOUR CEILING, WASPS WILL STING YOUR NEWBORN (Yes that happened to me!) MUSHROOMS GROWING IN YOUR CEILING AND THEY WILL LEAVE A HOLE IN YOUR CEILING, WASPS MAKING THEIR NESTS INSIDE OF YOUR HOME, BROKEN WINDOWS, I COULD GO ON FOR HOURS. I HAVE PROOF!!!!! BUT THEY WILL HIDE MY REVIEW OTHEREWISE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!
