  Stayed here as a guest, maintenance begins leaf blowing loudly as early as 7:30 on Saturdays so if you have a consistent work week you best believe you will not be getting to sleep in. They have done this very often and are quite unapologetic about their team. Sometimes they will start after 8 which is legal, but that is still very early and inconsiderate.

  Tracy is truly the best. I have been here for years. I dropped my keys between the seat of my car and I could not get them because I am older. She got on the ground to look under my seat. I am great ful for her

  Pretty heavily disappointed at move-in, IT TOOK FOUR DAYS TO GET A SHOWER ROD I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO EVEN GET. Baseboards weren’t finished, painted or broken, in MULTIPLE places. Paint wasn’t done or overpainted in some places, outlets broken or not even attached to the wall, some walls are warped, and floors aren’t level, I can literally hear what’s under the carpet moving under my feet, and the various dips, massive holes in the bathroom cabinets, hinges are broken or heavily painted over, AC cover looks like it was used for war… While the apartment inside is for the most part nice, aside from what’s shown, the buildings themselves could use a good cleaning (the amount of spider webs covering everything is something I’ve literally never seen before) While the garage spots are semi-spacious the garage doors themselves should probably be replaced. Were pretty quick to say we owe something but not so quick to fix what I need. I will say that the only nice things that came of this have been the new carpet, washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The space itself is really nice, just really disappointing that it wasn’t ready like the unit we looked at.

  I have been living here for about four months and so far I love it for the most part. My apartment is spacious for a great price and all of my appliances came in great working order aside from my microwave that was broken (no handle and the glass cover was falling off) but they fixed it within 48hrs of me putting in a work order. Everyone in the office is friendly and greets you with a smile. I do have some safety concerns due to the area and hearing of neighbors apartments being broken into. A couple months ago a man did try to get into my apartment while I was home but my door was locked so he walked away after trying the handle a few times. I would recommend making sure you have your safety precautions in place, but otherwise I do really enjoy living here, especially with how affordable it is.
