Chris diagnosed the microwave problem telling me that I needed a new one and that it would be a few days. Fortunately, the microwave came in two days Chris installed it did a beautiful job. Did it quickly and neatly thank you.

Very Disappointing Maintenance Response
I submitted a maintenance request on Thursday night. On Friday, I called multiple times to follow up. Since the morning, I was repeatedly told that maintenance would be coming “soon.”
Finally, at 4 PM, I was told that my issue is “not an emergency”, that they are handling “more important things first,” and that they cannot even give a timeframe for when my issue will be addressed.
This level of communication and lack of urgency is highly unacceptable, especially after repeated calls and assurances throughout the day. Residents should not be left waiting indefinitely with no clear updates.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone leasing here if you expect responsive or reliable maintenance service.
