Since the morning, I was repeatedly told that maintenance would be coming “soon.” Finally, at 4 PM, I was told that my issue is “not an emergency”, that they are handling “more important things first,” and that they cannot even give a timeframe for when my issue will be addressed. This level of communication and lack of urgency is highly unacceptable, especially after repeated calls and assurances throughout the day. Residents should not be left waiting indefinitely with no clear updates. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone leasing here if you expect responsive or reliable maintenance service.

The parking is bad and when someone hits your car it’s on you to fix. When you have a complaint no one responds. Not worth the headache
