  I’ve lived at this property for over six years and during that time there have only been two assistant manager is in manager of the office who have actually cared about the residence. One of them is the current assistant manager, Lucy. There have been some things I have been needing for quite some time. As soon as I received notification of a new assistant manager, I went to the office to introduce myself and told her there had been something I needed working on in my apartment and she immediately started addressing all of my concerns and issues. Maintenance crew has also been there. Anytime I needed done in my apartment as well. Mr. Parker and his maintenance crew are friendly and very professional when it comes to completing work orders.

  I had an appointment for 1:30 tour, got there early but I noticed the door was closed. Had a hanging sign saying they will be back at 3:30! I already had a reservation for that time because I would be touring other apartments! I heard people talking in there knocked a couple of times and even called. I finally got tired of waiting around and just left. This isn’t how you would treat future tenants especially since this was our 1st choice! This is very disappointing and very bad customer service and no care for others time. If I could I would give them a 0

  So glad this nightmare is over. Absolutely the worst place to live. I told them about raccoons in our ceiling for months, they ignored us. Multiple raccoons in our ceiling running around, scratching, and fighting all night. All they do is close out maintenance request without doing anything. They replied with an email saying it’s not an emergency. Had multiple spots that were more than likely raccoon urine. After I sent in a cure or quit (giving them 7 days to fix the issue) they painted over 1 of the 3 spots. Then They blocked the raccoon entrances during the day on the roof. This blocked the raccoons inside. They were going crazy trying to get out but they were stuck. These pictures are from the day I left. I had destroyed property, horrible foul smell coming from AC was reported. Horrible management team. They have no idea what they’re doing. They are pursuing charges for breaking the lease I’m assuming because they can’t comprehend the law and official notices I sent them priority mail. I look forward to seeing them In court. I have a whole documentary on this situation 🎥 🦝 🕰️ 📝 Other than that, people’s rims are constantly being stolen, gun shots nightly, and bass blasting everyday. Don’t let the pretty lake fool you. *wish I could add all the videos*

  This is my daugther apt after Maintenance Going Out and repair the rails. Stood at him covering up the holes. He just left the holes like that and didn't take out his trash. That he made in the apartment here. There's there been that 2 years and the kids back to got a big old hole. When it, what a paint that feels like, he's just going on another year and aint to care that I really show hate. I'll resigned the least and don't make no sense. You paid this much money and this is how you get treated.

  Rent price always fluctuating with all the fees, parking lot has pot holes, and maintenance comes when they feel like it. There’s no extraordinary features but the lake, ppl fixing cars in the parking lot and you smell animal crap when you open your door.
