  I have only been living in this complex for 9 days, and within those 9 days I have already had to go to the office over 15 times due to excessive noise from the unit above me. The neighbors allow their children to play basketball, ride scooters, skate, and jump off furniture inside the apartment all day and into the night. The noise is extremely disruptive and makes it impossible for my family to have any peace.I have created a strong paper trail, provided video evidence, and even allowed the manager, Tina, to come inside my unit so she could hear the noise for herself. She did come in, heard the disturbance, and agreed that it was unacceptable, yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue.Instead, I was told to call the police, which is very disappointing because this is clearly a management responsibility. The lease agreement includes rules regarding noise and respecting other residents. Management should be addressing these violations, not placing the burden on tenants.At this point, I have had to contact HUD because the situation has not been handled properly. I moved here expecting a peaceful place for myself and my children, but instead we are dealing with constant noise and disruption. It is unfair that the neighbors are allowed to continue these activities over our heads with no consequences.All I have asked for is a reasonable solution, such as being transferred to another unit where my family can live peacefully. If that cannot be accommodated, I will be requesting to terminate my lease without penalty and receive my deposit and the remaining portion of my rent back, since the apartment has failed to provide a livable environment. I will also be requesting to speak directly with the property manager regarding this matter because the current situation is unacceptable.

  I called several times. AL generated so its hard to get a real person to talk to. I scheduled to view either the 2 or 3 bedrooms. I dont drive so I uber to get around. You all could have told me over the phone I didnt qualify. Horrible Service. I never viewd the apts. The questions you all asked should be done over the phone. Horrible Customer Service n lack empathy.

  Love being here. Apartments are very nice! So are the grounds. Lots of children 😁 which it's nice as a grandma of 10, to see kids being able to play outside in a safe environment again! Getting along! And so far it's been a very peaceful area to live in. Clean and not a lot of noise. I'm grateful to have found this place. No photos needed. Because this is one of those rare complexes where what you see online is exactly what it looks like! Not fake!

  I love living at the Vermillion. Bonnie is the best! The maintenance are great and on time. They keep the grounds clean. Great affordable housing!
