From our salesman’s inability to properly do things (despite over 20 years of experience) to the design center messing up our carpet and cabinets. Now dealing with a damaged door that should have been fixed months ago but Toll and the company refuse to repair it properly despite what the trade tech and office have told me. Cheap materials. Port quality craftsmanship. Overpriced design center. Inability to provide guidance for first time builders. Lack of communication throughout the process. Lying at the prebuild meeting regarding company inspectors. I could go on and on. I came into the process expecting great things from Toll. Unfortunately we came to learn they are not the luxury builders they claim to be. Quite disappointed overall. Even their mortgage side messed stuff up and left us hanging. Told us one thing and did another. All I can say is buyer beware. Don’t expect model home quality. Be prepared to record every meeting and be ready for their inability to communicate throughout the process. Good luck
