I had a positive experience visiting the Voss Apartments. Lynda was very professional and courteous in showing possibilities and discussing apartment options.
I honestly would not recommend this apartment complex. The water gets shut off very often, and the most frustrating part is that there’s little to no communication about it. They don’t send proper emails or notices explaining why the water is being cut off or how long it will last. Sometimes the water is shut off in the middle of the night with no warning, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
On top of that, there are two elevators in the building and one of them has been out of service for almost six months. That leaves everyone depending on just one elevator, which causes long waits and makes it very difficult, especially for families, elderly residents, or anyone carrying groceries.
Overall, the lack of communication and slow maintenance response has been very disappointing. Management seriously needs to improve how they handle basic services and repairs.

Maintenance standards really need improvement. The building has only two elevators, yet frequently only one is in service. The other elevator is repeatedly reported as temporarily out of order, and even the working elevator has been unreliable for nearly two months. It’s very rare to see both elevators operational at the same time. Additionally, the hallways are consistently unclean.
