I've been living in these apartments for 8 years. It's a large community, and we've always had maintenance problems, but this past year, 2025, and so far in 2026, has been the worst. There are far too few maintenance employees for the size of the community, and they aren't trained for all types of repairs. I imagine the volume of complaints has contributed to the bad mood of the administrative staff, who reluctantly review your requests. We're in a vicious cycle of complaints, delays, and poor service. They should hire more maintenance staff, even on a temporary basis, to catch up. I've been waiting for over a month for a new washing machine to replace the one that broke in my apartment, after having reported problems with it for almost two years, and my request is still on hold. The carpet in my bedroom and study is falling apart after a storm a couple of years ago flooded my room due to cracks in the windows. They only removed part of the padding under the carpet but never fixed the windows or the water leak. This has caused the carpet to rot, fray, and come apart in pieces, not to mention the terrible smell. The situation in these apartments has changed, and not for the better. The owners and their managers don't invest the necessary resources, but they do raise the rent, and every email they send is accompanied by threats. But when they fail to fulfill their obligations, they don't even respond to emails; they don't offer an alternative or compensation. On the contrary, threats and sour faces are all you get. I try to understand them, and I prefer to think that it's the owners who aren't giving them enough resources to manage such a large complex. I wish my home could go back to being the beautiful paradise where I could relax. I don't want to have to move, and I hope this message reaches the people truly responsible for funding this complex. Otherwise, and for now, I don't recommend that anyone move here.
Let's me preface this by saying I only stayed because I was offered a bigger unit with a garage and rent was EXTREMELY cheap.
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They constantly ignore your maintenance request. The first year I lived here had roaches that I told them was coming from the fridge because it was not cooling the food. They wanted to keep the fridge in my apartment and I told them either they come get it or I'll sit outside myself. After that they came and got it and the roaches went away. Then I had flooding because I live on the first floor by the street so water bugs started getting in as well. It takes them forever to complete anything. It's always them being defensive over anything you say. You'll more that 80% of the time never get a package code because the people who deliver them just drop them off. They do tend to steal packages as well. Also they change people out of the office about every 4-6 months so I don't recommend learning anyone's name. Overall I'm ready for my lease to be up. I'm happy I have the Financial freedom to leave this place. Also the updated units are ugly . They didn't even update the bathroom it still has ugly white tile and no new countertops.

I’m writing this review to warn future tenants and to share my honest experience.
I was pressured into signing a new lease in January 2025 after being told I had only three days to move out when my lease expired. As a working parent with children, I felt I had no realistic choice. My rent was increased from $1,100 (with a roommate) to about $1,700, which created immediate financial strain.
Over time, the apartment developed serious health and safety issues, including rats and roaches. The rodents ate food, defecated in the apartment, on beds, and in the pantry, and disrupted sleep constantly. This was not a minor issue — it made the unit unlivable, especially for children. I had to move my kids out for their safety.
Management’s response was inadequate. An exterminator was sent who only placed sticky traps, which did not resolve the problem. I personally had to kill multiple rats and pay out of pocket to control the roaches because nothing meaningful was done.
The infestation caused:
• Loss of food and property
• Health issues
• Sleep deprivation
• Significant financial hardship
Despite working full time and paying rent — sometimes over $2,000 in a single month to catch up — the ongoing conditions eventually caused me to fall behind. I even lost my car due to the financial strain.
When I appeared in court regarding rent, I was intimidated by management, who approached me before the hearing and told me I would be “kicked out,” which was inappropriate and unprofessional.
No tenant should have to live with rodents and roaches while paying increased rent, especially after asking for help and doing everything possible to stay current.
I strongly recommend documenting everything, asking detailed questions, and thinking carefully before renting here.

To responds: Thank you for the response. I did report these issues while I was a resident, including rats and roaches, and the response at the time was limited and did not resolve the problem.
The conditions impacted my health, my finances, and my ability to safely house my children, which is why this review was written.
I am open to communication in writing, so there is clear documentation of what occurred and what actions were taken. My experience reflects what I lived through during my tenancy.
I have lived here for about 10 years, but I’m currently looking for other places to live. These apartments are not what they were when I first moved in. Maintenance and updates are neglected, and the office manager is extremely rude, often speaking to tenants in a demeaning and condescending manner. In all my years here, I’ve never experienced management this bad.
The gate is frequently broken, and at times we cannot access our mailboxes. The trash dumpsters are consistently overflowing. I spent a year requesting that my bathtub be repaired, and eventually had to purchase a mat that sticks to the tub myself. When I reported seeing a homeless woman pushing a cart through the property, the office manager told me they are not responsible for our safety or security.
Recently, we received an email stating we would be charged $150 if the office cannot access our apartment for inspection. In all my years here, I’ve never received such a message—it felt almost like a threat. Every interaction I have with the office manager is so upsetting that I’ve requested to communicate only via email and not in person.
This is, without question, the worst property management I’ve experienced since moving here.
The 1 year I lived here was absolutely the worst. Roaches, spiders, unknown bugs, random holes in the wall, everytime it rained my unit would get wet. Whatever pest control was spraying just made the bugs worst. Living here just didn’t feel like home. The roaches weren’t just in my unit but in my building
