Leasing consultant Ruth was very kind, office manager Alyssa was awesome and very welcoming throughout my experience. Oh and easy access to the beltway lol. I loved my experience staying here

The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and clean, reflecting the dedication of the maintenance team. I feel truly at home at the Reserve.
- TTTaylor ThomasJul 25, 20231.0These apartments are not nearly as nice as the ones where I live at about 10 minutes away yet for some reason they cost about $120-150/month MORE for LESS square footage in an apartment that isn’t even as updated. Why? Not only that, it’s indicated that they are going to charge you for simple things like maintenance requests and regular parking even if you live there… the state of multi-family in Houston is piss-poor, obviously. I would advise people looking to rent in this area to make sure to compare costs versus amenities before signing a lease!
- RMRobby MettetalSep 21, 20164.0I enjoy living here. It's been about 1.5 years now. Quiet, good management, responsive maintenance team, nice pool. My main wish is that the drainage system were a little better, the water can get high in certain places when it rains a lot - but usually not real bad.
