This is my second time living here, when I first moved on to the property a few years back, you could tell there was almost like a certain standard when it came to whom was approved to live here. It was quiet and a lot more safe. UNFORTUNATELY, that is NOT the case NOW. Parking is horrible, If you are not home by 6, be prepared to walk a country mile to your unit. Building 12 is utterly ridiculous, stairwells are filthy, trash is always left and thrown out all over the place, cats roaming all through the building because tenants keeps feeding them. Elevators are breeding grounds for all sorts of things. They are constantly smelling like weed ( I mentioned it to Deja, and I was told to hey can’t say anything unless they see it themselves), people spitting on the floors, and throwing trash on the floors. Mind you, kids have to get on and off those elevators and people have to go to work, who really needs the stress of smelling like weed!!!! My husband and I caught a whole drug transaction on my ring camera, sent it to the office and was told they’d see if MAINTENANCE can figure out who it is…. Fine but again, what about safety?!?!?!? The gate by trash can has been broken for quite some time, so yet again that’s another safety issue. Don’t get me wrong, the staff here are wonderful, it’s just the property has gone down tremendously. The way things are now, it almost feels like a housing community. Tenants do not respects others personal property. I’ve seen people leaning and sitting on my car and these are individuals that I DO NOT KNOW. I used to be proud to call this property my home. I don’t even enjoy having visitors because of lack of upkeep.

Honestly, I’ve never seen any negative reviews about this place, so I’m not sure if I just had a bad year or if they remove the bad ones. I’ve lived here for a year, and I can’t express how glad I am to be out of this place.
First, I want to thank Deja for helping us get the apartment. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. In the first two to three months, I actually enjoyed living here. The place was always clean, with power washes on the floors and trash taken out of the driveways.
However, starting in 2025, everything began to go downhill. People drive extremely fast, and I almost got hit while carrying my newborn son. I was only halfway to the sidewalk when a car suddenly sped out of nowhere. There’s never any parking available. You have to arrive before 5 or 6 p.m. to get a good spot, or you’ll have to park a long way away. My vehicle was hit twice in the parking lot, and unfortunately, the apartment complex doesn’t have cameras other than at the gates.
I also had A/C issues twice, and they wouldn’t come out to fix it until the next day or the following day. I had to call and write an email complaining because I had a newborn and my main priority was him.
There are also people who live outside their cars in the back of building 12 and leave all their food trash outside. If you put a ring camera outside your door, it will constantly go off between 12 and 3 a.m. It’s only the raccoons and stray cats visiting your neighbors to see if there’s any food for them.
This apartment is a good option for first-time renters, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. I wouldn’t go back if I ever needed to in the future. There are just so many safety concerns that I have for my family and myself.
The maintenance men are quite pleasant, and they’ll gladly explain any issues to you. However, when I requested someone to clean our ducts and check for mold in our apartment, I was met with a lack of response. My baby and I had been experiencing respiratory issues for three continuous months, and I had even taken him to the ER one night due to chest restrictions.
When I informed everyone involved—leasing, management, and maintenance—about the situation, I felt embarrassed and frustrated. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply blamed it on seasonal allergies and neglected to clean my ducts. As a first-time mother, I was solely focused on my son’s well-being.
To make matters worse, the place became extremely dusty, and I was constantly cleaning the dust from our furniture. Towards the end of our lease, we received notices that our insurance had the wrong property address. If we hadn’t corrected it within 24 hours, we would be charged $100. It seemed like they were trying to make money by taking advantage.
Why wait a whole year to address these issues? If something is wrong with the apartment or the floor, you don’t get your deposit back. It’s frustrating that they prioritize profit over the comfort and safety of their tenants.

They’ll lie to you, on you and for each other. Especially Nuvia. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I will only post my experience regarding inquiries and touring. I am up for renewal for my lease at a different apartment complex and I would like to find an area near my daughters school. I have seen 4 other apartments prior to this one and I have to say, I enjoyed every thing about this area, unit, amenities and hospitality. Deja was amazing to work with because she was very knowledgable and extremely accommodating to my situation and needs. Thank you to the amazing team and staff who have also contributed into helping Deja to help me as well!
