Honestly, I’ve never seen any negative reviews about this place, so I’m not sure if I just had a bad year or if they remove the bad ones. I’ve lived here for a year, and I can’t express how glad I am to be out of this place.
First, I want to thank Deja for helping us get the apartment. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. In the first two to three months, I actually enjoyed living here. The place was always clean, with power washes on the floors and trash taken out of the driveways.
However, starting in 2025, everything began to go downhill. People drive extremely fast, and I almost got hit while carrying my newborn son. I was only halfway to the sidewalk when a car suddenly sped out of nowhere. There’s never any parking available. You have to arrive before 5 or 6 p.m. to get a good spot, or you’ll have to park a long way away. My vehicle was hit twice in the parking lot, and unfortunately, the apartment complex doesn’t have cameras other than at the gates.
I also had A/C issues twice, and they wouldn’t come out to fix it until the next day or the following day. I had to call and write an email complaining because I had a newborn and my main priority was him.
There are also people who live outside their cars in the back of building 12 and leave all their food trash outside. If you put a ring camera outside your door, it will constantly go off between 12 and 3 a.m. It’s only the raccoons and stray cats visiting your neighbors to see if there’s any food for them.
This apartment is a good option for first-time renters, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. I wouldn’t go back if I ever needed to in the future. There are just so many safety concerns that I have for my family and myself.
The maintenance men are quite pleasant, and they’ll gladly explain any issues to you. However, when I requested someone to clean our ducts and check for mold in our apartment, I was met with a lack of response. My baby and I had been experiencing respiratory issues for three continuous months, and I had even taken him to the ER one night due to chest restrictions.
When I informed everyone involved—leasing, management, and maintenance—about the situation, I felt embarrassed and frustrated. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply blamed it on seasonal allergies and neglected to clean my ducts. As a first-time mother, I was solely focused on my son’s well-being.
To make matters worse, the place became extremely dusty, and I was constantly cleaning the dust from our furniture. Towards the end of our lease, we received notices that our insurance had the wrong property address. If we hadn’t corrected it within 24 hours, we would be charged $100. It seemed like they were trying to make money by taking advantage.
Why wait a whole year to address these issues? If something is wrong with the apartment or the floor, you don’t get your deposit back. It’s frustrating that they prioritize profit over the comfort and safety of their tenants.

They’ll lie to you, on you and for each other. Especially Nuvia. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I will only post my experience regarding inquiries and touring. I am up for renewal for my lease at a different apartment complex and I would like to find an area near my daughters school. I have seen 4 other apartments prior to this one and I have to say, I enjoyed every thing about this area, unit, amenities and hospitality. Deja was amazing to work with because she was very knowledgable and extremely accommodating to my situation and needs. I can't tell you enough how I'm excited I am to be able to choose The Pointe at Westlake as my next rental apartment and I will be looking forward to my stay here! Thank you to the amazing team and staff who have also contributed into helping Deja to help me as well!

I lived here from 2021-2024. I love this complex so much. I still think of it and miss it. I only moved because I transferred to a job that is an hour and a half away from this apartment. The management are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance took care of my issues in a timely manner. The layout is great and having an attached garage is a major plus. It was quiet my entire time there. No issues with neighbors. The location is great as well. Very beautiful area and the people are very friendly. There’s several walking trails nearby and zoned to humble isd. It is in between a Kroger/heb on both sides of the complex. The lifetime gym nearby is phenomenal especially if you’re a Yogi. Much love to management. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I did. P.S. I see several photos of a green pool. I never saw the pool dirty the entire time I was here and I went often. The only downsides are the train that passes by on one side. That can be loud and could be annoying for some. There is an elementary school on the other side that parents can walk to through a gate. The school bells throughout the day can be a nuisance for those that stay at home during school days.

This is an amazing place to live. All of the staff is amazing you would not believe how nice and helpful they all are. It's so nice and quiet and you would not believe that there are plenty of kids in the complex but you would never know it. The maintenance staff is awesome they always have a smile on their face when they come to do a service or close out a work order ticket. You literally don't have to worry about anything getting done because they are all over it when it comes to services and maintenance. If you’re not living here you’re missing out. (Sancho)
