This place is unclean and will scam you, don't live here. When I moved in the carpet was super dirty. When I moved out they charged a high carpet cleaning fee even though the carpet was cleaner than when I moved in. The cited stains on the carpet in the photo they provided were there before I moved in and were shown in my pre move-in video which was ignored. The carpet did not need a special cleaning and they were unable to produce an invoice or receipt when asked, so they likely just wanted to pocket the money. They are now ignoring my emails and I have yet to receive any answers or justification after a month of emails.

Tamika talked over me and didn’t help at all. Her customer service is no where what she said it was. The bank my bf had the payment didn’t go through and she didn’t listen about my concern or the fault of the bank who dismissed the charge. My special was taken off and my apartment was made and painted halfway and rushed before move in. My vents were painted over, communication before move in was horrible. I will be going towards court if they do not follow through with my concerns.

If I could give this place a “0,” I would. Please, if you are considering moving here, don’t. This community is not safe, and management allows residents to bully and intimidate others simply because they don’t like them. In my case, the neighbor repeatedly called the police over the smallest noises—even accusing me of domestic abuse because my autistic grandson, who can sometimes be loud, was visiting. I lived in fear of retaliation from both the neighbor and the office staff, especially after one incident involving my guests. Eventually, I was given a notice to vacate, which only confirmed how unsafe and unsupported I felt. I never complained about the conditions of my unit—though I should have. My bathroom door has been barely holding on since the day I moved in, “repaired” with nails by maintenance instead of being properly fixed. Mold and mildew on the walls and ceilings were ignored. I stayed silent, hoping things would improve, but they never did. I am sharing this not out of bitterness, but out of genuine concern for anyone thinking of moving here. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. What I thought would be a convenient home near the airport quickly became a place of stress and intimidation. I will be sharing photos of the bathroom door and mold when I return home, because people deserve to know the reality before signing a lease here. Do not move here. Protect yourself and your family.

I lived here from 2016 - 2019. I like that it's off the highway but still hidden behind restaurants & office parks. If any Medical Center employees are looking for a place to live, this complex is conveniently adjacent to the Park & Ride that goes directly to the TMC. The office staff are very fast to respond to issues, especially LeAnn who remembers our names & looks out for everyone. The maintenance staff always seem to be working hard & get things fixed pretty quick. Landscaping does a pretty good job of keeping the plants alive. Like every complex sometimes you get loud neighbors, & sometimes you get people who don't pick up after their pets, but there's not really much you can do about that except hope they'll move on. Most of my neighbors are quiet & keep to themselves but are friendly when we run into each other. There are hardly ever parking problems because there are a lot of spaces here. The place is pet friendly and they keep pet waste baskets everywhere so it's easy to take care of the dog. We didn't flood during Harvey which was great. The water got as high as the parking lot but our cars were just high enough to avoid any damage. The only thing I would like to see change is having a recylcing bin somewhere on site. My roommates & I recycle, & having to drive it all to Ellington Field every couple weeks is hard on us.
