- SSSamDec 10, 20255.0Manager was on point to help me out with the process literally made it super easy and fast and gaved me a nice apartment and with the referral process as well !!!!!!! As well as the staff can’t forget about the the staff always on point with the cleaning !!!

But it’s nice enough and quiet enough (at least on the front of the conplex) I’ve had three major issues over two different units and for the most part they were handled ok. I havent interacted with the newest manager yet but she was quick to respond with help when I needed it this week. My issue was looked at and handled as much as possible quickly. There’s no real bug issues and up here they clean regularly. Amenities are rarely to never open. Overall not the worst place to live and I’ve been here five years

- LLLeonarda LeroyOct 21, 20251.0I do not live at this complex, but I visit on a daily because someone I know resides here. The place is gross. Cats are everywhere. It smells like feces and urine and from my understanding the property manager is the reason for all the cats. The pool is never clean and has never been open. The dog park stinks. You can tell the tenants do not pick up after their pets and know they do not have to. The property manager is a slum lord. She is very condescending. She treats you like service request are an issue. I have been on the phone listening to how she speaks to her tenants, and she is very rude. Maintenance sucks too. He patches, but doesn't fix anything. I have pics and videos,but these will be posted later to protect the person that resides in the complex
