- MCMya ChaneyAug 28, 20251.0Upon my arrival, they gave me the wrong apartment, the apartment didn’t have any of the amenities that were promised to me and they didn’t compensate me or try to move me to a different apartment no matter how many times I expressed that I was uncomfortable. I moved out 2 weeks later and was told that I’ll recieve some of my deposit back but every time I call the leasing office, nobody answers. If someone does answer they would tell me to call back at a certain time and when I do nobody answers again. The place has roaches all over the place, inside and outside the apartment, stains, holes poorly covered up, sloppily painted floors, walls, door knobs, etc.Why would someone paint over dust ima vent rather than getting the dust out then painting it??? The gate wasn’t even secured and did no lock, the apartment was nothing like I was promised, exterminators did not come on Wednesdays like I was told and the valet trash is poor, my trash was sitting outside the whole two weeks of me being there. If I don’t receive my deposit back in a certain amount of time I’m thinking about taking legal action because it was the worst 2 weeks of my life, on top of just moving to Houston.

- SJsheryl josephAug 14, 20231.0Went to tour with mary at 9:30. I arrived about 9:25 for my appointment. The door was locked with a sign on the door...closed til 10. Mary told me they open at 9...i came straight from work. Work overnight 12 hours and i was tired. Why give me a 9:30 appointment and you dont open til 10. I will take this as a sign not to apply here!!!
