If there were a rating of less than one star, that's what I would give them for customer service. I've been living in this condominium for over a year, and lately, it's been very difficult to communicate with the office staff, and I'm not just talking about the language barrier, but also the way they respond to the issues I've been having in my apartment. Today was particularly unpleasant for me, as I was treated with complete disrespect by the staff, both the office personnel and the manager, who particularly mistreated me and even kicked me out of the office simply for asserting my rights as a customer. Sadly, I don't speak enough English to express myself and defend myself at that moment, but that doesn't mean I'm illiterate or ignorant of how things work. I've been reporting problems with leaks and mold in my apartment for over a week, and every time I complain, they try to justify their poor work. My family and I are very disappointed by their lack of professionalism. I repeat, today's incident made me feel mistreated and discriminated against because they didn't even give me the opportunity to express myself. I know the language barrier is a problem, but at least they should be more empathetic and accept when they're wrong. I have a duty to comply with all the condominium requirements, and I have done so until now, but I also have my rights.
