  Current Resident Review – 5 Months In I’ve been living here for five months now, and I really appreciate how quiet the complex is. My neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe overall. That said, my unit is dealing with several ongoing issues: • Bathroom Mold: There’s no proper exhaust fan to remove steam, so mold builds up easily. I have to keep the bathroom door open constantly just to manage it. • AC Problems: The air conditioner doesn’t shut off properly, which drives up my electric bill. The intake vent is clogged with layers of paint and dust—probably from years of repainting—so it can’t breathe properly. • Bathtub Leak: The tub leaks underneath whenever it overfills, and water spreads across the floor. • Unpleasant Odors: I regularly smell cooking, dirty water, and even paint fumes from the unit above, especially while it’s being remodeled. I’ve gone through a lot of air fresheners trying to keep my place livable. • Parking Enforcement: Management says not to park in front of garages unless there’s space, but I constantly see cars blocking the road. It’s unsafe, and enforcement seems nonexistent. • Potholes at the Exit Gate: The potholes are terrible—especially if you drive a low-clearance car. On top of that, the traffic flow is confusing, and I’ve seen drivers nearly collide while entering or exiting the wrong way. On the bright side, the staff is friendly and the application process was smooth. This is my current experience living here. I hope these issues get addressed soon to make the community even better.
