  Do not move here if you have children terrible maintenance AC and here always breaking I have lived in these apartments for over 2 years now I have a 2-year-old son I have put in numerous requests into maintenance to fix this heater currently it is shown to be 40° inside the apartment when the heater is set at 70 it is been like this for the past two days and nothing has been done when it is below freezing in Texas currently 27° outside

  Went for a tour last minute with no appointment and Amanda was so helpful and sweet! Answered all our questions, and really made us fall in love with the place! Will definitely be looking forward to potentially moving into this apartment complex!

  I scheduled a tour for a one-bedroom unit at The Beverly for Saturday at 10:30 AM. When we arrived, there were already two people speaking with the leasing agent, so we patiently waited. The leasing agent didn’t even acknowledge us not a hello, not even a simple “please have a seat.” We stood there quietly for several minutes before deciding to sit down ourselves. Even after waiting almost 10 minutes, she continued her conversation without a word to us. When we finally mentioned that we were there for a scheduled tour, she bluntly said we needed to wait outside and that she would talk to us later because she wanted to tour the other visitors first. That was completely fine by us , but her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive from the beginning But by that point, we had already decided we would never want to rent a unit in a community where potential residents are treated this way. What makes this more disappointing is that we’ve seen several positive reviews about how professional and helpful the staff are over the weekends, yet our experience was the complete opposite. It genuinely made us feel unwelcome and frankly, like we were being discriminated against. No matter how nice a property looks, respect and courtesy should always come first.
