Extremely Unprofessional and Intimidating Management - eddie was the most unprofessional i have ever experienced. he wouldn't even come out of office to speak to me
My experience with The Ambrose has been nothing short of disturbing. From my perspective, this property engages in menacing and retaliatory behavior toward tenants instead of acting like a professional housing provider.
I was subjected to what I believe were wrongful and unlawful eviction filings, while simultaneously being denied access to my own rent ledger, despite repeated requests. Transparency is clearly not a priority here. Even more troubling, management refused to address necessary repairs while remaining laser-focused on rent collection only — no maintenance, no accountability, just demands.
At one point, I was even told that the leasing office was instructed not to accept my rent, which felt like a deliberate attempt to manufacture nonpayment and escalate the situation unfairly. That kind of behavior comes across as retaliatory and calculated.
To top it all off, their level of professionalism in court was embarrassing. Watching representatives show up wearing Air Force Ones with suits said everything I needed to know about how seriously they take tenants’ lives and legal matters. Intimidation over integrity seems to be the theme.
If you value fair treatment, lawful conduct, basic maintenance, and transparency, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. No one deserves to feel bullied or stonewalled in their own home.

I did not move in due to wanting to be in the loop. But Jordi was wonderful! He was very helpful from the first phone call, scheduling, and showing. He is knowledgeable about the complex, the neighborhood, and the community. He also was patient and friendly. Thank you for your time and kindness, Jordi!

The amenities were never available, but you will be charged for them like they were. The pool was always closed except for a week in the summer, but it's green, so there is that. The gym was only available during office hours, so only people who don't work could use it. The loud noise never stopped, the upstairs people made pictures fall of the wall and break. Their barking dog on the patio all day and night, the dog poop swept from the top balcony (Apt.1834) onto cars and in front the garages. Calling the office all Jordi ever said was okay I'll let my manager know, and nothing happened, I'm sure he told no one lol. Definitely not worth it, even when I had visitors they asked how could I stand the loud noise from upstairs, maybe it's an insulation issue. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance crew, very friendly and tries hard with limited resources. Also, Sutton he always tried his best to find solutions and was friendly. The actual apartment is beautiful it's the extra that makes it a horrible experience, your home should be your peace and comfort not a smelly, loud terror. Hope this review helps but I'm quite sure it will be discarded. ;)
