  This property is peaceful and well maintained. Residents are nice and welcoming. Love the pool and fitness center most definitely recommend to anybody that loves peace environment and enjoyment of breeze.

  Vivo en este lugar hace 11 meses, pedí que quitaran una persona del contrato porque hace mucho no vive ahí, y pusieran mi esposo, y no lo quisieron hacer, pese a que siempre hemos sido muy puntual con los pagos, que la verdad son muy caros, pese a que es una “renta fija”. Cuado me entregaron el apartamento, ni lo limpiaron ni lo fumigaron, me lo entregaron lleno de cucarachas, y el día de hoy rompieron mi buzón, y robaron los paquetes, fui a la oficina y la respuesta es que ellos no se hacen cargo de eso, pero no dijeron el por qué? Si tienen la oportunidad de elegir un lugar donde vivir que no sea este.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would! I’ve lived in these apartments for about 2 1/2 years literally 2 weeks into moving in they stole our car and we were told by the former assistant manager Natasha that they did not have cameras and they wouldn’t be able to show up anything even if they did have cameras…. The plumbing in these apartments is horrible! I feel bad for anyone moving into unit 2201 or 1615 because the sewage back up is crazy. My child was in the tub each time the sewage backed up. I called corporate and they told me they couldn’t let me out of my lease because it was “my sons fault the sewage backed up” and that he flushed a toy down the toilet, prior to that the leasing manager Karla told me the best they could do was put degreaser down the drains. The people that lived above us in our last unit was crazy!! She posted notes on our doors she harassed everywhere one around us. Lastly the roach infestation was INSANE no matter how clean you were the roaches were never ending. Mold is all over the place, all they do is paint over it ! Management changes every couple of months! The only leasing agents that were helpful and amazing were Sonja, and Elijah! The maintenance guy Raul was awesome but supervisor Alex doesn’t do anything but ride around in his truck picking females up from the apartments. Overall, this place is a hot mess I’d definitely recommend looking for something nicer ESPECIALLY for the amount of money they charge you for every little unnecessary thing.
