  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Abbey at Jones Road! From the moment you arrive, you can feel that this community truly cares about its residents. The property is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable place that genuinely feels like home. A huge shoutout to Melissa, the incredible manager who makes this community stand out. She is always present, approachable, and truly invested in meeting residents’ needs. Her level of customer service is top-tier, and the resident events she organizes bring everyone together and create a strong sense of community. The maintenance team also deserves major praise — they do an amazing job keeping the property in excellent condition and responding promptly when needed. Another big plus is how peaceful and quiet the neighbors are, which makes daily living relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a well-managed, friendly, and peaceful community with outstanding staff and service, this is absolutely a place you should consider. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been in the complex now going on a year and a half, I’ve seriously had nothing bad at all to say about the complex. The leasing staff talks to you like your a valuable tenant and willing to work with you, the maintenance men who have been with the complex for 20 plus years are fantastic Luis and Miguel are great!! I can call for something and within 24 to 48 hours they are there fixing any of my requests. I truly appreciate you!! I will be here until I buy my home . Thank you Emma, Luis and Miguel!! You rock!!   Not what it used to be.Allowing low lifes to move in.I was interested in moving there but saw a lot of low class people there.

  do not move in here they have hidden bed bugs and if you say something they will try to put the lame on you. they showed no sympathy for me s a 8 month pregnant women with a toddler even after i told them about the occasions of my daughter being bit. so beware of thes apartments there fraud you dont get ya moneys worth just high in rent for no reason.
