  Just heard news about an elderly getting hurt. Prayers for family losing their grandfather 👴. All apartments waste money on "amenities" when they should spend on Extra. Security 🙏.

  Bad customer service! Went in for a tour scheduled at 10am. Arrived at 9:55 knocking on the door and Jamie did not open the door despite seeing us and had us waiting in the cold. Later, we realized there was a lobby seating area we could have been invited to, to wait. We scheduled an appointment with Trina and she was unaware of our scheduled tour. There was built up trash around the property. Do not recommend.

  Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. As a resident I have first hand knowledge This property WAS a nice property years ago. Over the past year there have been numerous staff and management changes. Although they may appear nice. the staff have no clue how to manage a property. Oh did I mention the property is roach infested because they only exterminate upon request. The breezeway, stair are just filthy . Most of the maintenance staff do not speak English. Service repairs takes days. The repairs are not serviced properly. There is an amenity fee of $80 you pay above the rent which simply charging you 80 for xfinity when you could pay less . You must pay for MSI renters insurance or pay $500 deposit if you select your own at a cheaper cost. The staff are unable to keep tenants. The property may look good on the outside but inside is dated. There are old washer and dryers. Old toilets with mold inside. Once the power went out and there were rats running in the driveways. There is no where for children to play only a dog park. There is dog poop all over the property. It’s just nasty! The manager stays in her office looking pretty. all day . If you ask to speak to her they will say she is busy even though you are looking right at her Cars are constantly broken into and they do nothing but send out the same generic letters. The leasing staff need etiquette training. I believe they have no leasing knowledge at all. They allow anyone to move in which is evident by the increase in crime. Keep a watchful eye and watch this property continue to decline. Move in at your own risk.

  My experience in these apartments was absolutely horrible. I had my car tires stolen less than 24hrs from having the vehicle and my rental truck completely stolen and I gave birth to my child that night due to the high stress. Told the front office but they didn’t have much empathy or much to say about it. I honestly think it’s an inside job. Maintenance came to paint and got paint all over my car. When I called to tell them about they tried to make it seem like it was something I drove in or dirt but I pointed out the paint on my car is identical to the paint used on the walls. I also had somebody come bang on my door about 5am in the morning until I had to call the police. I would not recommend this community.
