  Good afternoon everyone!! I would personally like to thank our manager, Deborah Grant. I’ve lived here since 2013 and she is by far the absolute best manager we’ve ever had managing this property. She has been the only manager we’ve had that will get out and actually walk this property. Under her management style we as a property are back to what I think is better then it was in 2013. Is she no nonsense? Absolutely. But she is also approachable. It would absolutely be our loss as a community if we lost her as manager here..

  I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about 5yrs or so. Everything was great at our first unit till it got roach infested. We moved to another unit, things were going ok till we started seeing MOLD! If it’s not one thing it’s another. After so much complaining they finally approved a “professional” to come clean out the vents. But unfortunately it did NOTHING a piece of the wall came off and there’s mold IN THE WALLS!!! I’ve had canceled maintenance orders bc they can’t do anything about it bc corporate has to approve.. LET ALL THESE REVIEWS BE A WARNING DONT. MOVE. HERE!!!!!

  I reached out to the apartment office on multiple occasions. I spoke with Ariel about my rental history as well as I did a third party application. I am now being informed among others that have left a review that I will not be refunded for the admin fee I paid. I was transparent from beginning to end so there would be zero reason for not disclosing any rental issues. Especially to proceed to a third party application. Be careful when it comes to their fees. You will not see it back and the story that will be provided for them keeping your money won't even make sense due to the process you take to get approved. Good luck

  Abbey at Enclave more like ROACHY AT ENCLAVE. I had to break my lease due to the most DISRESPECTFUL HORRIBLE DISGUSTING amount of roaches! Sewer constantly comes up and paste the lawn with feces tissue. Dog poop is an understatement! The most embarrassing time of my life was living in this complex. Pool was never clean. My counter top had a grease stain. Very noticeable! My ac only worked in the living room. Bedrooms were muggy. Black mold! Tub detaching from the wall by just standing in it. Not to mention the gladiator war during cooking. Be careful you may have a roach in your food if you have no lid. Any appliance was a new roach bachelor pad. Back of the smoke detector was covered is roach poop. Building 40 is INFESTED. So bad to the point where your hanging clothes are not safe. Your curtains will have nest. No matter what you do the roaches are in the walls and drains!!!!!

  These are the apartments from pits of HELL! Full of mold and mildew! all over the vents and in the air! So many Roaches they should be paying the rent Exterminating company is a joke! Upon moving out I had to store my belongings in boxes covered in plastic bags so I didn’t take Abbey roaches with me!Also your cars will have the tires stolen or broken into to, the only thing that’s good about this place is that they are easy to get into and I see why… I had just divorced my husband I needed a place to stay and these apartments look great online and the tour with the models is all false advertisement! I stayed in building 40. I couldn’t leave until i got my finances in order I was just recently divorced.so I was forced to stay under the worst conditions, so beware of these apartments don’t say i didn’t warn you!And I just saw it was a murder on the property 5/2025 I never got a notification of any one being killed here!
