  One star is all they deserve. Where should I start? When they say you get what you pay for, they are NOT lying. The price is cheap and that’s about the only good thing. The leasing office ignores your request to come fix stuff. The maintenance workers are incompetent. My three year old niece could do it better. The roaches are crazy and they don’t want to/will not fix the issue. There is mold here and they just patch up the problem. The walls are thin as paper. Please, I’m begging you. Look else where! Management pretend that they care but they really don’t. Oh and if you need to call and ask a question, don’t bother. They won’t answer the phone.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to LaVada, the Leasing Partner at The Abbey at Briar Forest. She was amazing throughout my entire leasing process and made getting into my new apartment so smooth. She stayed in constant communication with me, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was lined up so I could move in on the exact day I requested. LaVada is incredibly sweet, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to help her residents. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so thankful for her help!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Mrs. Lavada at Abbey at Briar Forest. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire leasing process. Mrs. Lavada truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued, not just as a prospective resident but as a person. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. If you’re considering living at Abbey at Briar Forest, I highly recommend asking for Mrs. Lavada. She is a true asset to the property and exemplifies excellent customer service.
