  Trying to check the reason for denial of my application and can't get anyone!! No one has called me or emailed me back regarding my application. Tried calling and I get a voicemail always! No call back either

  There's a lack of transparency here. I have been emailing, sending request through third party sites requesting information and the only thing I can get is a generic email with price listing and a stall message that states, "We're projected to open within 2-3 week," They likely sent this email to someone else 5 weeks ago with the same wording. How about be straightforward with prospects and say you're still building the apartments and may have to wait longer for the city's approval. I know this song and dance too well. You'll be waiting more than 2-3 weeks. To anyone that is currently interested, find somewhere else because there's a high chance that there will be an extremely long delay before they can actually start moving people in. also.. if you bother to call .. just a heads up it will go straight to voicemail.
